We got home and my kids were ready to dig in when we didn't have all our food. It was too far to drive all the way back. And yes the item we were missing was on the receipt so we did pay for it. Do better taco bell

Placed an online order to get to the drive through to be told we are not taking anymore orders tonight at midnight when they are open until 1. I let them know I already had an order in and they said just cancel it.

It’s 12:25 I go to the drive through I get told we aren’t taking orders right now I turn the corner see two people in the lane getting food I call the building and ask when you close the woman tells me one o’clock i go so why couldn’t I get my order take. she goes we got bombarded by orders yall is still open for 35 minutes if two cars are two much for you to take another order that’s lazy careless and you probably should look for a new job if you can’t take the pressure of making three orders when you have 35 minutes

Didn't listen to what I said food was wrong didn't get any straws for the drinks.
Dishonest manager and employees, was just told my order was 44.06, canceled it and went online and looked, my order was actually 24.00 out the door including the tax. When I called up there and asked the manager he sorta gave me the impression that they were over charging people and then changing after you left,I will be turning them into the bbb on Monday and calling their corporate office.
