“We go to this place on a regular basis. The food is good and we enjoy it, obviously for how much we go there. I will say that they CONSISTENTLY forget and miss things on our order. It is pretty much a gamble whether or not we get our sauces for the chimichanga or if we actually get the adds on we paid for. We kind of jut go with it, but it’s something I should add. It does make me sad sometimes. But when they get it right it’s really good, quick and satisfying! Love their steak tacos and they have great queso.“

“Do not sleep on this place! We've dined here several times over the last couple months. The food is incredible and the service has been top notch. We highly recommend. Today, my family had a huge bowl of pazole, quesabirria tacos (authentic goat! So tender and delicious), and red sauces enchiladas. The plating is fantastic and the flavors are off the chart. It seems that their menu has both authentic options and standard American/Mexican style fare. Check them out. This is some of the best Mexican I've had in West Michigan. The only lower grade I'd give them is for a mid atmosphere -- but it's clean and well cared for (so no real complaint).“

“Ordered flautas and they were so filling, loved the salsa that they bring out to the table the only thing I noticed was that the chips didn't look homemade, they looked store bought. The chips were crisp and tasty but I look forward to a good crispy fresh tortilla chip with salsa when I go to Mexican restaurants. The salsa however was so yummy and just the right amount of spice 😋

I will say that the menu seemed smaller than I'm used to. My husband ordered tacos of different varieties and they looked good and they were well portionrd with meat and double layered with milagro tortillas.

If they have the strawberry horchata be sure to try it, you won't regret it if it tastes anything like their regular horchata. My husband liked the agua de Jamaica he had.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they didn't have AC and it was a hot day so with the food I was sweating eating it.“

He also checked in a couple of times to ask if we needed anything else or if we were enjoying our food, which was thoughtful and attentive. “We stopped by Taqueria Maravatio in Grand Rapids and were seriously impressed! I hadn’t had a torta in a long time, and theirs was absolutely delicious—perfectly made and full of flavor. My wife had tacos and loved them just as much. The salsa really stood out too—fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. The service was excellent, super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. We also tried a couple of their freshly made drinks, and those were fantastic. “Stopped in today as I saw a sign on 28th street advertising a $12.99 lunch buffet and was warmly greeted upon entering. The food was of great quality and even had BBQ chicken and ribs in addition to enchiladas, salmon, veggies, build your own tacos, fresh fruit, salad, cookies, and a few more items. The buffet currently runs Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30AM to 4:00PM, and unlike other restaurants, they do not up-charge on Saturdays, which is great. Such a good value! Will definitely be back again soon!“

“This place is amazing!! All of the artwork is gorgous. You have to experience it all !! the food is great, I had a taco salad it's definitely enough for two, and taste so good !! Take a look at the chairs, the tables, above the bar not to mention the music. It's an experience from the time you walk in, until you leave. Absolutely a must. However I was told they are moving this restaurant further down alpine and I'm sure it's a better location.“
