“CLK overall was an amazing environment and very family oriented. I would like to give a huge shout out to the manager from last night, I came in believing I had a reservations because I was celebrating my bday but also doing a gender reveal that was done Feb 13th for March 1st but it wasn’t in there system. Instead of turning me around her and some of staff maneuvered and make things work in my favor. The server we had started out great but then became a little rude and I don’t know if it was because of my party downsizing or what but the attitude changed. She started reaching over ppl not saying excuse me so I became a little irritated on my special day. I really wanted to experience more of the food but the way things went it just changed the whole energy for me. But everything wasn’t bad and like I said I truly appreciate the amazing manager from last night and I was told that the bartender that made the drinks was superb!!!! Thank you”

“We go to this place on a regular basis. The food is good and we enjoy it, obviously for how much we go there. I will say that they CONSISTENTLY forget and miss things on our order. It is pretty much a gamble whether or not we get our sauces for the chimichanga or if we actually get the adds on we paid for. We kind of jut go with it, but it’s something I should add. It does make me sad sometimes. But when they get it right it’s really good, quick and satisfying! Love their steak tacos and they have great queso.”

“The only person who enjoyed the food was our dog. We waited almost 25 minutes for 2 hot dogs with cheese and bacon and an order of mozzarella sticks. Everything was lukewarm and gross. The table before us had been in there and still waited 25 minutes for some chili cheese fries. 3 workers present but only one doing anything. We won’t be back.”

“Our favorite restaurant no longer serves Manhattan style clam chowder and we are nothing less than heartbroken. We didn't realize that our favorite thing there wasn't popular enough to retain as a menu item when Leo's changed hands. We can live with the smaller lobster tails, but this is really hard for us to take. Cry.”

“I seek out each city's best burger when I'm on the road, and I can sincerely say after more research than my primary care physician advised...there's no competition even remotely close to Black Napkin's Le College Dropout burger.

The juicy tastiness of the excess smash overhanging the bun alone safely lands it in first place on my list, and that's before even getting to the toppings (trust the chef/creator, don't change anything about this masterpiece).

Don't forget the classic Cola (golden) and rust fries with sundried tomato ranch for dipping (I don't even like sundried tomatoes yet somehow I could eat it with a spoon).

“My wife and enjoyed our 55th anniversary with dinner at Amore'. Chef Jenna visited every table in our area and asked about every course we ordered. This is by far the best restaurant in the Grand Rapids area: we ordered the 5 course Chef's menu and each had something different from appetizers through desserts so we could taste all. From the waiter, the live music, our beverages, and Jenna's attention paid to all, the best meal ever.”

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.”

“1st time coming here and it was wonderful! Service was spectacular thanks to my wonderful server Tomas! Food was good too. I always like to go with a standard when I go somewhere new and they didn't disappoint! I got the chicken tenders and loaded tots. And im telling you, that breading/seasoning on the chicken was delicious. Even the sauces were superb. My only complaint was I had nothing to take home because I smashed all of it. Bonus note, if there's a game on that you want to watch, just ask! There's enough tvs in here for everyone.”
