“Hardee's in Love's truck stop in Grand Ledge was great. Stopped in for a cheap bite to eat while we waited for the bus stop and they took great care of me. “Beautifully kept McDonald's. Very clean and peaceful inside. Food was hot and of a much higher standard. Honestly never seen a better looking McDouble. I don't think over seen a bun this visually appealing. I Prefer this over the one on Grand River ave. Will be returning again.“
“This was our first visit to this location. What we witnessed last night was something out of this world. The place was so busy and backed up in the drive thru, that inside orders were taking a bit longer than expected. We watched people get upset, but Jordan kept his head up and stayed calm. His attitude was incredible. He displayed the most mature personality with customer service that I have ever witnessed since Covid. When he brought out our food, I thanked him and told him how great he was and to not let the complaining go to his head. He is doing a phenomenal job. Thank you for your great customer service.“
“The manager who works the night crew, his name is Ryan. Ryan, about a month or so ago, happened to wait on me at the drive-thru window approximately 5 minutes before the store was set to close & my being from Muskegon, MI where a "friendly" McDonalds employee is unheard of, was at a loss for words when I received a FRESH fish fillet, fresh fries, and a perfectly made Carmel Frappe!!! I was impressed w Ryan's service that I came 28 miles out of my way tonight just to come back to this specific location because I knew without a doubt that I would get exactly what I ordered, fresh, and in a timely manner. Workers like Ryan and his fellow employees just don't exist on my side of the state anymore, unfortunately :(I really hope they get the credit they certainly deserve for their outstanding customer service, it'd be a shame to not appreciate or reward an employee who puts forth the extra effort from the moment he clocks in(**TIP: employees who are appreciated tend to work even HARDER for their managers, not because they love their job or the company, no, it's usually because they don't want to let their managers down because the respect is reciprocated and they appreciate their managers just as well)!Thanks again Ryan and team, Ill be sure to stop by on my way through again!Rita & RandyTruck Drivers“
“I love Wendy's, and I'd choose them over any other fast food restaurant, if I had the option to. Their food is always fine and I've never had to wait too long in the drive-through.If you're dining in, the staff are super nice and friendly, so kudos to them!I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because their hours of operation are really weird and because I work during the week, I'm generally never able to have a meal there - they are only open until 5 p.m. Sigh.“
“There were a lot of people there on a Friday night! There was one person waiting on tables and working the bar. She did a great job, for the amount of people she was taking care of tonight. I had the Chicken Cordon Blue. The others, in our party, had huge burgers. No complaints, just enjoyed the deliciousness!“
“Reviewing for Rehearsal Dinner that was held here: overall had a great time! The coordinator Ben was wonderful to work with and he accomodated my specialty request for a disabled guest. He also upgraded our room for free after not realizing an event was going on right next to the original space we booked, which was nice. Everyone really liked their food and drinks. The only thing that went wrong was the groom's entree arrived 20-30 minutes later than everyone elses. There wasn't much communication regarding this, so we were left wondering if it was forgotten before it finally arrived. Otherwise, everything went great, menu and dessert were as expected. We have also visited One North on other less formal occasions and always had a great time.“
“The food was amazing but the fries needed more seasoning. The service was amazing! My server was so nice and sweet! The atmosphere was nice and kinda playful. The bathrooms were a bit nasty and there were a couple of baby flies all around our food after they gave us are food. Had to kill one with my hand (of course I washed my hands.)“
“Went through drive through yesterday. The guy working the window was very nice and patient. On 3 meals we spent close to $30 dollars. The burger I got was so good and their fries are one of my favorites. The chicken stripes they are bland unless you dip them in something about my only bad thing.“
