“Gosh I walked in for a real quick lunch and I got TOP NOTCH customer service with it. Got to the counter and was greeted by an overly friendly, very chipper, lady at the register. She told me about the daily deal, so of course I ordered that! She offered me a frosty mug with my meal, and then brought it right to my table quickly, and even took the trash when I was done. Full service, in a fast food establishment! Just seeing how upbeat she is, made my day better! She doesn't have a name tag on but she was working the register a little after noon on Monday the 12th of January. She's a keeper!“

“Kiana, Donna, Michael Sloan, Scotty and Michael fisher were all working and they were the most friendliest with customers and it was extremely busy in the store and drive thru and they still had an organized system and got the food out quickly and fresh! Absolutely an amazing crew! Thank you“

“The tag to best describe this place is: FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The staff is amazing! The manager is leading from the front tonight and I just watched an irate lady yell about how she had to wait over 5 minutes, even though it’s almost Christmas and there’s a huge stow storm coming. These employees are setting the example of pride in work and humility in service. I sat for over an hour and was just amazed at how much pride they have in their work ethic and how well they handled the worst customer I know.“

“This place is a cool little spot. A few tables and a bar, divey in a good way. All the drinks are in cans and bottles. The guys who served us (and the whole place) was always moving, polite, funny, and quick. The place was full so the food took about 20-25 minutes but well worth it. Huge portion sizes, we got a burger, a Philly cheese steak sub, and a half order of fries. The food was great and the half order of fries was about 4 regular portions, so come hungry. The place was clean and ran like a well oiled machine, we'll definitely be back again!“

“Our server Tara, was a breath of fresh air! My husband and I were both in a funky mood when we got there due to a little spat on the way, but the whole energy of the night changed when Tara came to our table. She was so funny and quick witted and had us both laughing and out of our bad moods withing the first 3 minutes! The food was great, but Tara was fabulous! Not only was she funny, but she took such amazing care of us! WE WILL BE BACK!!

“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? And I know when you work at some place like that. You can't buy that kind of food 3 and 4 times a week. Salama little smarter than a surveillance to ever peep out. “Looking at the other reviews seems like locals may have different opinion than I. However, I believe this is the last Good Burger King anywhere.

I swung by last night after seeing Stavros at 20 Monroe Live and the food was Amazing. My double whopper was made as i wanted it to be and the awesome flavor took me back to childhood.

So so great. To anyone who was dissatisfied, try Burger Kings in other cities. This Burger King is the best hands down.“

“I got hungry while running errands so I stopped at this McDonald's. A young man named Caleb took my order. He made sure that I got just what I ordered! He paid attention to the order details, acted professional, and was very kind to me. There should be multiple Caleb's at all of the fast food restaurants. Kudos“

“Went through the drive thru. The lune went pretty quickly. I like this particular McDonald's, because the food is actually hot and good. Other McDonald's, their food is warm at best -- the cheese isn't even melted. But this McDonald's does a great job.“

“Hands down the most helpful people on the mornings! I can ask an assortment of questions and they always work with me to find out exactly what I want. I like to switch it up a lot so this means something to me! Much more personal than any of the other Tim's I've been to and they seem to have a lot of regulars that they know by first name and coffee they drink.“
