“Gosh, I'm disappointed. Friend picked up coffee for me... it smelled spoiled and was not hot. I understand travel time, but this was hardly warm.
I'm a big time biggby customer, please train employees. I enjoy having a coffee shop in town.“

“September 2 at 8:30 AM I went through the drive-through. The young lady crewmember working the first window was extremely pleasant very polite and seemed happy to be there. This is a great contrast to the person wearing manager clothing who handed me my food who seemed like she hated her Life and her job. Be like the first girl.“

“Since the Biggby in town closed, they've been SO busy and things have taken longer than normal. However, I get it. The space they have is not large enough to carry the volume they get--and that's no fault of any of the workers. There's only so many people you can fit behind the small counter.

Regardless of a longer wait time, I still enjoy coming here! I can sit and work in a relatively quiet environment, the tables are always clean and tidy, everyone is friendly and working hard. Sandra and Jeramiah are wonderful!“
