“I'm shocked to see negative reviews here..... My fiance and I have boycotted Dunkin because of how BAD the service is at the Novi/Farmington Hills locations. This one here is newer and we both geek out over how good the wake up wraps are. Most companies just throw stuff together and wrap it leaving you to have to put it together. These employees seem to care and take their time. I will say, we usually go around 10-11 so not a rush hour by no means but no complaints here!“
