I have been going to this location for around 10 years I don't think I have ever had poor service or encountered a grumpy employee. They are the kindest most friendly staff ALL THE TIME!“

“I don't normally go to McDonald's ever but I went to this one out in the country and I was impressed. The manager looked happy and smiling employees looked and sounded happy. “Stopped in Howell on the way to visiting my dad. Cool place! Right downtown but there was plenty of free parking around the corner. There were 7 people in line in front of me so plenty of traffic. The latte was good. They've got local baked goods and plenty of menu options. Lots of places to sit and talk.“

“We have had the Lattes and bagels, on two separate trips. The lattes were very well made, and the bagels were perfectly done. Simple, with cream cheese, and very tasty.This is connected to a gas station, access was easy for walk-in, and the drive thru worked well on our second trip. Staff were friendly.“

“Okay so first of all, food was 100% fresh, so that was a plus, visiting around 8:30pm on a Monday.Secondly, Bernadette and Josh have some of the most kind and caring hearts you could ask for out of the service industry. “first of all - i have always been satisfied with my order from this dunkin!!! i’ve started coming here pretty regularly this fall; it’s typically quick and my order is always correct and delicious. whenever i go through the drive through the workers are kind! i do think that there should be a few more because it seems like there’s always only one or two people working.tonight the young man at the drive through was super sweet! i always do online ordering and it turned out they were out of the strawberry donut i ordered but he was super kind and actually upgraded my order. that was not expected but so appreciated!“

“I only had a drive-thru visit, however, GOOD SERVICE IS GOOD SERVICE whether dine-in or drive-thru. My order was taken with a pleasant and helpful tone, the wait for my food was minimal and my nuggets were so fresh I forgot what a real McDonald's nugget should taste like?. Thank you for restoring my belief that you can still receive good service and hot food at a "fast food" restaurant ?“
