“I have been going to this location for more than ten years. I order my favorite drink which is a Moca Frappe. The Frappe machine has been broken for more than a month. Are you going to fix it . Come on McDonalds get your owner to get it done. It’s the cost of doing business.“

“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The store is always clean, the service is quick, and every time I come in my drink is made perfectly. It’s consistently so good, I’ve never had a single issue here. Each of the staff members are always very kind and welcoming.
I want to give a shout out to Jazzy. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. She always makes the drinks perfectly and even suggests flavor combos when I want to try something new. Customer service like that is rare and so appreciated.
Because of her and the overall reliability of this location, this is officially the only Starbucks I’ll be driving to from now on. In my opinion, it’s the best one in the area. Highly recommend!“

“As a WFH employee, I often look for different places nearby to work to have a change in scenery. This place was clean, orderly and had the coffee shop built in. The reservation process was very easy. I would recommend this place to a friend and will definitely come back.“

“Great place for a fun time with friends“

“This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I order the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso all the time, and this is the only location that gets it right every single time. The main girl who usually works there makes it perfectly, and it’s consistently amazing.

I’ve been to several other Starbucks, including the Owen Road location, and my drink is never as good as it is here. On top of that, everyone at this location is so much friendlier and more welcoming. The service is always fast, the staff is kind, and you can tell they care about what they’re doing.

If you’re debating which Starbucks to go to, I highly recommend this one. It beats the Owen Road location every time!“

“I went through the drive thru and order coffee and egg bites, the egg bites were taking a little longer to prepare, so the young lady taking care of me genuinely apologized for the wait and offered gift cards for patiently waiting. This Starbucks has the best customer service, friendly staff and always quick. The food is always hot and coffee is always tasty. I will definitely be back.“
