“I have been coming here every so often for about two years now! The employees are typically hard working and friendly not only towards the customers, but toward each other as well. I work nearby, and even outside of the building they have been very sweet to me. My coffees, teas, and food have always met my expectations. Thank you for being so wonderful! My go to drink is a 16 fl oz mocha mocha over ice if you like a bold flavor!“

“This McDonald's looks newly renovated. Most of the seating is very low, hard for elderly and taller people. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the best I have had at a McDonald's.
The seating area was freezing and drafty. Kn cold days, it is warmer to sit near the soda fountain machine and even warmer if in the closed room where the playplace is, though limited seating in the playplace room.“

“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The store is always clean, the service is quick, and every time I come in my drink is made perfectly. It’s consistently so good, I’ve never had a single issue here. Each of the staff members are always very kind and welcoming.
I want to give a shout out to Jazzy. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. She always makes the drinks perfectly and even suggests flavor combos when I want to try something new. Customer service like that is rare and so appreciated.
Because of her and the overall reliability of this location, this is officially the only Starbucks I’ll be driving to from now on. In my opinion, it’s the best one in the area. Highly recommend!“

“Timbits tasted fresh but poor variety when I asked for assorted. 26 out of 40 donuts were birthday cake flavor. There were a few each of glazed, sour cream, and spiced. No other flavors.“

“Poor customer service 04/11/21 I will say the follow up call from the district manager was very professional and caring as he listened to my concern. I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members. However I will continue to support other locations. Hopefully the store manager will correct this unacceptable behavior from the current staffing.“

“This new Starbucks Store is beautiful. High quality build from the inside out. The location out in front of the Sam's Club and Walmart makes it very convenient when I am shopping or stopping for gas. The Staff is nice and they have consistently made my drink to perfection. The inside is very spacy with comfortable seating. Great for studying or meetings.“

“I drive through there on every other Friday night and again on Saturday night with my 8 yr old grandson to get him a 10-piece nugget meal after he races his go-kart. The staff is so friendly and the food is excellent and hot. We've tried two other McDonald's that we drive by but they don't match the Montrose McDonald's in any way. He likes that the girls are nice to him too.“
