My friend pulled into Biggby Coffee's parking lot due to a completely flat tire. She had to wait for over 3 hours for roadside assistance to show up.
Charlie not only let my friend know that she was welcome to wait inside for the towing company and offered another drink, but lent her an Apple charging cord because her phone was almost dead.

My personal favorite is the "Tan Line" ?I get it frozen (blended) with extra WHIPPED cream added to it when they blend it...OMG ? ? ?. ....and they've got the WIFI “

“Love this place very convenient. However there is a tension rod sticking out of the pavement before you pull into drive thru. will damage someone’s vehicle if they drive against it! Not sure who’s responsible for fixing it but just a PSA for everyone who comes here to avoid !“

“when I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. and 2 separate shots of espresso. these fools can't follow simple directions. I will never be going back and will be in contact with corporate. espresso tasted like the bottom of a pot of coffee.. and the bagel wasn't toasted in the least bit. and the employee at the window had a attitude.“

“Most of the staff id very friendly and great at there job, The food is a little over prices compared to corporate stores but in usually made rite. On the other hand I give this store a 4 instead of a 5 star review do the lack of respect for the customer and employees from the day manager Cory. In my opinion the staff and more than a hand full of employees would love to see him replaced with someone who doesn't belittle them and quite a few customers that will simply leave the store if they notice him working including me so to his snuff attitude and disrespectful Actions and lack of accountability when confronted about his poor attitude and actions towards others.“
“Great service Awesome people. Prob didn’t take his hundred bill cause we don’t always have the change. Only allowed to keep 100 in our cash drawer and I’m guessing he hit speedway at the wrong time of the day or night where as they didn’t have the change to give him. I’m guessing he didn’t spend at least 1/2 of that 100.“

“I always bring my clients here for lunch, dinner or a snack and we always have great service. Today I came in with 7 clients and the staff was very friendly and patient with us. Kudos to Jeffrey and the rest of the team for getting our orders correct and out in a timely manner.“
