“I went to Bigby for the first time in Michigan! Honestly one of the best experiences I could have asked for! The staff (I think she said her name was Katelyn M when I asked) was so delightful and made the experience with her great recommendations! The store looked great! So clean and organized with the cutest decorations!“

“This trip here was slightly better than the past few times. It would seem my new usual meal has become the McCrispy. It's not as good as Chik Fil A, which this sandwich is obviously supposed to mimic but decent enough. My fries were cooked correctly this time, which is mostly what I care about. I'll admit I don't go to McDonald's as often as I used to simply because $6 can no longer get you a whole full meal at McD's anymore. I understand this isn't necessarily their fault. But still, it was one of the reasons I frequented the golden arches as often as I have for the past few decades. ??♂️“
“When placing my order through the McDonald's app it displayed that something went wrong and gave me a code to take to the counter inside the store. The store is always locked so I went through the drive thru and gave the woman who identified herself as the manager my code. She stated the code wasn't working and told me that I needed to reorder my food as they can't give food out for free. I felt very insulted by this comment as I was trying to get my order that I had already paid for. Having my son's best interest in mind I reordered his happy meal and went to the window. I asked the worker if she could put in the code to see if it would go through. She again told me that the code wasn't working and I would need to repay. I asked for the general manager's contact information and she refused to give it to me; telling me to contact corporate. When I asked why she couldn't give me the general manager's contact she stated that it was a safety issue. When I told her that sounded ridiculous; she turned and screamed for the manager and left the window. The manager came to the window and I asked for the information again but was refused. I also asked for a contact number to cancel my previous order but coveniently they didn't have that information either. This store's staff/managers desperately need additional customer service training on how to positively resolve issues.“
“It can get very crowded, and sometimes that means waiting 20+ minutes for a drink. I don't blame the workers, they are going as fast as they can. But also because they tend to be incredibly busy, it gets dirty until someone can finally break away from making drinks to clean up.“
“The best place in the county for a very nice, high quality coffee.I decided one day recently that I would try them out. Had no clue what to get for my first time, but their pour overs caught my eye. "The Don" is my favorite, but the other options are also excellent.Very nice people working here too. Friendly, inviting, and very good quality and effort. If you have the time when passing through, try them out. Imo, better than the popular chains. ❤️❤️“
