“Staff at the Owosso location are always the most amazing people. They always greet you and make you feel special. There are many times I have went through the drive thru and they have made my day.Vegetarian options: French fries, French toast sticks and a meatless burger.“
“They got my order wrong, which seems to be becoming more common with Wendy's restaurants in the area. They were closer to correct than the others I've recently visited, so that's something. Otherwise, food was decent and the wait time was less than 10 minutes.“
“I live 15 miles from this store, and drive it every time I want fast food. Denise the manager is 1 in a million. Goes out of her way to make you happy. So kind. The rest of the staff are total professionals. I wouldn't change a thing. God bless you all at BK.“
“This trip here was slightly better than the past few times. It would seem my new usual meal has become the McCrispy. It's not as good as Chik Fil A, which this sandwich is obviously supposed to mimic but decent enough. My fries were cooked correctly this time, which is mostly what I care about. I'll admit I don't go to McDonald's as often as I used to simply because $6 can no longer get you a whole full meal at McD's anymore. I understand this isn't necessarily their fault. But still, it was one of the reasons I frequented the golden arches as often as I have for the past few decades. ??♂️“
“When placing my order through the McDonald's app it displayed that something went wrong and gave me a code to take to the counter inside the store. The store is always locked so I went through the drive thru and gave the woman who identified herself as the manager my code. She stated the code wasn't working and told me that I needed to reorder my food as they can't give food out for free. I felt very insulted by this comment as I was trying to get my order that I had already paid for. Having my son's best interest in mind I reordered his happy meal and went to the window. I asked the worker if she could put in the code to see if it would go through. She again told me that the code wasn't working and I would need to repay. I asked for the general manager's contact information and she refused to give it to me; telling me to contact corporate. When I asked why she couldn't give me the general manager's contact she stated that it was a safety issue. When I told her that sounded ridiculous; she turned and screamed for the manager and left the window. The manager came to the window and I asked for the information again but was refused. I also asked for a contact number to cancel my previous order but coveniently they didn't have that information either. This store's staff/managers desperately need additional customer service training on how to positively resolve issues.“
“Three and a half really, but it won't let me do a half star. Food was good. Service was shoddy. Took over half an hour from ordering to get our food. Probably wouldn't have minded except during that time our waitress didn't come by our table even once to see if we needed refills. It's a small place! She had to actively AVOID us to manage that. The cook and a woman I assume to be the manager or owner brought out our food. The manager got refills for most of us at that time. Aside from to give us the bill we only saw the waitress one more time. I asked for a refill which I ended up going to the bar myself to get because it was completely forgotten. Then we had to wait fifteen minutes after everyone was done eating for the bill. Look, I have been a waitress plenty of times. I get bad days. But when you are more interested in getting three rounds of mixed drinks for the table beside me and manage to not actually check on your table for 45 minutes, that's not a bad day, that's a bad waitress. And why is the cook serving orders and helping at the bar? I mean, great job cause I think he kinda saves the place from collapsing. He cooks, serves food, serves at the bar, and all with a rather amused smile. Along with the manager person who washes dishes, cleans tables, brings food, gets refills, etc. I'm honestly questioning the point of our waitress.“
“Looked on their menu online and my 5 year old wanted a grilled cheese kids meal but when I got there I seen it wasn't on their kids menu so I asked. Our waiter was happy to say yes it is an available option. They are always great with our kids. And the food is always great.Kid-friendliness: They are always happy and friendly towards all of our kids“
“I had hoped this place would step up and be as good as the one in DeWitt. And they have. The burgers have been prefect the last two times I've been here. Seriously, exactly what I would expect and hope to get when I crave a tasty burger. This town needs more places to get a consistently good burger. The consistent part is important. Plus the service has always been great. Now the cooking is too. Will def be back regularly.Parking: Can always find a spot to park.Kid-friendliness: Decent size dining room that holds slightly more guests at a time compared to your normal McDonald's for comparison.“
