“McDonald's is a place that myself my fiance go to rather frequently. I pretty much have a consistent and repetitive order for every visit. We ordinarily should be able to go in and say we'll have our regulars or our usual but reality is due to the app and other impersonal changes got the locations are making I'm not feeling like a loved and cared about customer anymore. Most of the McDonald's now when you walk into them there's not even a warming smile to greet you or make you feel invited outside of the ones that are posted on the wall still from old Ronald... Either way the food was still good and the service was quick and we had no issues....I'd like to have a sit-down with Mr Ronald McDonald just to see if he still believes in magic....... I know half the people that do work for the company don't even know who theFry Kids are...Signed "I'm still Loving it"but would like to"open my hand and smile" ?“

“This is my favorite location in the area of Saginaw/Gratiot counties. I have not gotten an incorrect order, the people are friendly, and it’s laid back. The whole city mentality of being in a rush all the time isn’t really the prevalent attitude in small towns. That’s ok, I prefer it that way.“
