“The saginaw road location closed early (didnt even update their google hours or app hours) but still charged us for our mobile order with zero way to contact them. We went to the dort highway location (this one) and they not only made us our entire order, apologized, upgraded our drinks for free, and threw in a few extra goodies, but the food was hot and fresh and everyone was super nice about it. I only caught one name - so shout out to Dylan and the night shift (just after 11pm) on 5/22/26. I hope you guys get the recognition you deserve! ❤🙏🏼“

“What do we have here. Beautiful lettuce to fresh standards. Very nicely cooked Mc chicken your using the right deep fryer. Temperature control is amazing on this mc chicken. I see you are clearly not time and temperature abusing your hot wall for these were not in the danger zone up to temp steam coming off. Buns weren’t smushed and in presentation. BEAUTIFUL. BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL. Customer service was pretty good greeted with smiles ✅ wait was a little longer than it should had been 3 minutes if that. Was very nice taking the order. She looked a little new nothings wrong with that. Staff was well put together. But for crying out loud. Clean your lobby more. You would had my 5 if you would clean the lobby more. Wipe your tables down more properly. Start sweeping your floors you got the staff you just gotta make sure you clean for presentation of the guest. But overall 4/5 GREAT WOULD EAT HERE. Meal was 7.00 and some change for 4 mc chicken wrapping was well label was well. Bagging was neat. Service rocked! Oh and get rid of that one chair in your lobby it’s got a hole in it.“

“I just left there and got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups they were so delicious so many good things on the menu I would definitely check this place out but my favorite part was the owner she was the sweetest woman I’ve ever met she made me feel so welcomed talking to her was like talking to someone I’ve known forever! “Ive been a regular for a few years now seen a lot of different people in & out but each worker took the time to learn my order. They always make my coffees & breakfast correctly. Excell at friendlyness, work well together & everyone takes their turns making sure the customers are getting what they order. Quite literally my favorite location.“

“I have been coming here every so often for about two years now! The employees are typically hard working and friendly not only towards the customers, but toward each other as well. I work nearby, and even outside of the building they have been very sweet to me. My coffees, teas, and food have always met my expectations. Thank you for being so wonderful! My go to drink is a 16 fl oz mocha mocha over ice if you like a bold flavor!“

“I do a lot of schoolwork at the Starbucks. The WiFi is reliable and reasonably fast. The staff know my service dog and always treat him well. They offer a pup cup each time.“

“Poor customer service 04/11/21 I will say the follow up call from the district manager was very professional and caring as he listened to my concern. I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members. However I will continue to support other locations. Hopefully the store manager will correct this unacceptable behavior from the current staffing.“

“I have been visiting this cafe with my grandma for a long time. We will go to the Art Institute specifically to get sandwiches from them, as we did today. Today, I got the chicken pesto sandwich and a half cup of the Thai chicken and rice soup. I'd post pictures, but they're both definitely long gone. Their portion sizes are great for a filling lunch, the service is always kind (and patient with the pace of slower elders), and I love that my 9yo now loves pesto, haha. 10/10 in every way.“

“I've been going to this location since it opened. The baristas there are the best! They're helpful, accommodating, and always have something cool to say or talk about. In like 18 months of going there 3-5 times a week they have never once messed up my drink!

“This new Starbucks Store is beautiful. High quality build from the inside out. The location out in front of the Sam's Club and Walmart makes it very convenient when I am shopping or stopping for gas. The Staff is nice and they have consistently made my drink to perfection. The inside is very spacy with comfortable seating. Great for studying or meetings.“

“My son and I ate lunch at this Tim Horton's and it was very good. We ordered sandwich meals (includes kettle chips and a medium fountain drink). Food was prepared by the cooks superbly. I also ordered some donuts to go and they were still fairly fresh from the morning bakery. Timbits and a few regular size donuts. I recommend this Tim Horton's to everyone. Great location, spot-on stellar service, clean dining area and delicious meals 🙂. The donuts are fairly fresh even later in the day. A little bit pricey but the prices are high everywhere 😶.“
