“Alllll the staff at this specific location are awesome and Rockstars. I've seen the line full out to the road, and they just seem to whip those orders out so fast and correct every time. People need to stop getting so mad over an incorrect order. It's called an accident. They didn't try to rob you or something, it just feels that way. It'll be OK, they'll make it better lol“
“Mike the owner is an amazing person and even better customer service expert. He personally called me to fix the very minute mistake that was made ( they forgot the tomatoes- no big deal). “I just want to give a shout out to the two young men who were working drivethru tonight 4/23/23. you guys deserve a raise! not only was service very quick but the food was exceptional for being a fast food joint! every time i go to taco bell, i order the same exact thing and every thing gets piled on top of my mexican pizza and the cheese gets stuck to the top of the box. tonight it didnt! you guys actually had the common sense to put my mexican pizza on top and i didnt even have to ask! and on top of that, you guys literally had every type of protein ready that i asked for and it was 3am! im so genuinely impressed with you guys tonight and this was by far the best taco bell experience ive ever had! hats off to you guys and thank you so much for caring about the product and customer experience you guys put out! ill totally be back and hopefully see you gentlemen as managers!“
“In the past we have had bad experiences with several KFC in the area, In fact we drive the extra 8 miles to go to this one. We go past one a mile from us. The chicken is of excellent quality and consistency good. The pot pie is full of meat. We will continue to drive the distance to get this chicken.“

“It's Culver's so you know what to expect. This location I find is always accurate in their drive thru. I've never had an order incorrect at all. The frozen custard is always awesome. This location isn't too bad to get into and out of because of the light at Birch Run Rd.I'd probably give a 5 for everything honestly even if it is fast casual. However, the cheese curds have changed so much over the years. I do not believe that it has anything to do with this specific location, I just think that corporate has changed the way they make them.They used to be awesome like real cheese curds from Wisconsin. Now, they are plasticky somehow? and the coating is thick and kind of weird. Anyways, we skip the curds now and go for the Pretzel bites which are good. We usually get the Wisconsin Swiss Melt and I wish that they would take my marketing gold idea and call it a "Swissconsin". I also enjoy their strawberry salad but think they need a few other dressing options.“
