“Took a bunch of people with disabilities here for work. Was worried I would see the employees seem annoyed or irritated. The two who were working were amazing, very respectful so kind and patient. They were making jokes and having a good time with our people and it was greatly appreciated.They were very accommodating too, my coworkers and I forgot to grab a water bottle to pass a medication, but they let us know that they offered cups of water for free. Two of the best employees, have had friends in food service who didn't treat me so well.“
“They were quick but the food was kinda old. It was also put together kind of sloppy. But it's also teens doing the work and for that I give 4 stars. I understand that some of the employees don't care as much as others. I would still eat here. The food wasn't bad just prepared hurriedly when there was no need as there wasn't a line of customers waiting.“
“It's Culver's so you know what to expect. This location I find is always accurate in their drive thru. I've never had an order incorrect at all. The frozen custard is always awesome. This location isn't too bad to get into and out of because of the light at Birch Run Rd.I'd probably give a 5 for everything honestly even if it is fast casual. However, the cheese curds have changed so much over the years. I do not believe that it has anything to do with this specific location, I just think that corporate has changed the way they make them.They used to be awesome like real cheese curds from Wisconsin. Now, they are plasticky somehow? and the coating is thick and kind of weird. Anyways, we skip the curds now and go for the Pretzel bites which are good. We usually get the Wisconsin Swiss Melt and I wish that they would take my marketing gold idea and call it a "Swissconsin". I also enjoy their strawberry salad but think they need a few other dressing options.“
“My 8 year old acted like he wanted a diet Pepsi (???). I told him, "I don't care if you want a diet Pepsi, we are at A&W so you're getting a root beer!!!" He nearly ran off in a rage, but I falsely promised him I'd buy him a stuffed Rooty bear if he didn't. Two minutes later after his first sip he was offering to pay off my student loans that were supposed to be forgiven by now because he liked the root beer so much. I told him he'd need to start saving all the money he earns from his job he doesn't have and the allowance he doesn't get. So anyway, the fries here are so much better than any fast food joint. I really don't know why it's so hard to have good fries - so really A&W is just doing what should be pretty straightforward. My family is thankful I made the decision to passenger seat drive and take them here. Oh yeah, and a free ice cream cone coupon in the kids meal bag?!? ????“
“Great place to eat fresh and healthy. You might miss this small restaurant tucked next to a gas station if you’re not looking but it’s worth a stop. Food is cooked to order and you’re able to add on a ton of healthy veggie options and sauces. Today I got a chicken souvlaki salad loaded up with fresh veggies, feta, hummus and tzatziki. Every time I come here it’s quick and delicious. This is our go to easy lunch when coming to shop the outlets at Birch Run.“

“We live down state but have a place up in Grayling and this has always been our stop along the way. I don’t know what they’ve done but I feel like the food has gotten even better and fresher over the years. The burgers and fries are delicious! Not only that, but we never feel “yucky” (technical term ?) like you do after many other fast food places. We consider ourselves pretty particular and do not frequent fast food restaurants hardly at all. But we do make the Halo Burger exception. I highly recommend.“
“Returning customers, it was so nice coming in here after a bad experience at another establishment. Our waitress was amazing, Syd made sure our service was top notch we felt welcomed and noticed the entire time. Our food came out super fast even with it being crazy busy. Can’t say enough about this place and their staff.“
“I had never had Taco Bell breakfast - until now. It was very very good. I liked the quick service and the food was delicious. The whole thing came in a box and was easy to eat on the road. The staff were super friendly on an early sunday morning as well.“
“Great place with super fast ? service. They make the subs rite in front of you. They can make any kind you want. I get a crazy odd one that I pretty much just make up as we go. Cheddar toasted bread. All and every ype of meat ? they have and all the cheeses ? they have. Then add mustard and ranch. LOVE ❤️ IT. The staff is very friendly and kind. The cookies ? are killer and I always walk out with a box of 12 or maybe more. YUMMY ?.Vegetarian options: Ton's of just veggie subs if that's what you want and are into. I love all the meats ? tho.“
“This arbys on Pierson rd is my favorite that manager there (not sure his name, but he was there today 9/27/23) is by far the nicest man I've encountered at any Arby's and he needs a HUGE SHOUT-OUT for his amazing people skills so very nice!!!“
“The food was hot. The store was generally clean except the floors were incredibly sticky. The back area where the employees work was also clean. There were a few workers wearing pajamas which I found..amusing to say the least. The Christmas decorations were nice to see around the dining area.“
“Most of the staff id very friendly and great at there job, The food is a little over prices compared to corporate stores but in usually made rite. On the other hand I give this store a 4 instead of a 5 star review do the lack of respect for the customer and employees from the day manager Cory. In my opinion the staff and more than a hand full of employees would love to see him replaced with someone who doesn't belittle them and quite a few customers that will simply leave the store if they notice him working including me so to his snuff attitude and disrespectful Actions and lack of accountability when confronted about his poor attitude and actions towards others.“
