“My girlfriend & I live around the corner, both go avidly. Always get amazing service but I have noticed over the time of us going that there's a few workers that don't know the menu because we order the same thing 98% of the time. A #1, very simple right? Well once or twice outta every 10 times we go, we get a #1 as a "roast beef classic" not a "beef n cheddar". Will continue to go but really sucks when you get home & take your first bite into a sandwich that's dryer than the Sahara desert.“
“The location on East Holland is perfect. Right off Exit 149. Burrito & tacos are really good and the service is great! The only negative is the foot path. I feel it's pretty much DEAD because of former Pandemic precautions. I think they need to have specials such as TACO TUESDAY'S, KIDS DAY, BUSINESS COMPETITION DAY, or $5.00 Fridays- ijs“
“I stopped in tonight and there were only 2 ladies working when there should have been at least 4. It was extremely busy and drive through was a long line. The reason I'm rating it 5 star is because the two girls working there were incredible! They were under so much stress yet so kind to everyone. It would have been easy to be short and frustrated with the customers trying to hurry them through, but they were so sweet to all who came in! I did not catch their names but I hope they read this and are encouraged. Thank your for your wonderful service!!!“
“My husband was extremely irritated. The food was way old or overcooked and dryed out. I gave my husband all the rest of the biggie bag because the fries were so sparce. I only ate the dryed out burger and the frosty was yummy. My husband complained alot and that ruined my dining experience. I don't think we'll go back to that particular Wendy's again.“
“My experience, this McDonalds has always pulled through. Ordered here many times. Most recently, yesterday, they were super busy AND understaffed, yet they still got our ~$20 order 100% accurate and all food was hot and fresh. I've never had an issue here in 20+ total visits!“
“It's a nice quiet little place to get a quick bite to eat. Their food is pretty small portions but it's fairly priced and I like getting a bunch of different things all at once so it's perfect for me. I've never gotten anything from there that doesn't taste good. And the food always comes out really quick too.“
“Enjoyed it. I liked the cod dinner . Was as advertised on TV. Wife said her mushroom Swiss burger was good . Coleslaw was tasty had a few rough spots in it but was overall good. Fries were done just right. If you've never been you order at a counter and seat yourself with a numbered tag and they deliver the meal to you. System worked great. I will be back for more. 5 star of fast food. 4 star over all. No London chop house but way way better than Mcburgers and such.“
“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“
“My 8 year old acted like he wanted a diet Pepsi (???). I told him, "I don't care if you want a diet Pepsi, we are at A&W so you're getting a root beer!!!" He nearly ran off in a rage, but I falsely promised him I'd buy him a stuffed Rooty bear if he didn't. Two minutes later after his first sip he was offering to pay off my student loans that were supposed to be forgiven by now because he liked the root beer so much. I told him he'd need to start saving all the money he earns from his job he doesn't have and the allowance he doesn't get. So anyway, the fries here are so much better than any fast food joint. I really don't know why it's so hard to have good fries - so really A&W is just doing what should be pretty straightforward. My family is thankful I made the decision to passenger seat drive and take them here. Oh yeah, and a free ice cream cone coupon in the kids meal bag?!? ????“
