“Decent place to stop by for a meal on the road to up north. Staff is usually pretty nice and food quality is good. If you are taking food to go, do always double check your bag to make sure you got everything, cause they might put an item separately on a back counter and forget to put it in with the rest.“

“pregnant lady here- my husband and i were road tripping and stopped around midnight for two cheesy roll ups and two soft tacos. they only gave us one cheesy roll up so we went back around and they gave us two new ones and two coupons for free soft tacos. AND they were crazy nice about it!“

“I came through the drive-through a little after nine on Monday, April 20. I saw the drive-through sign on, but I think the restaurant might’ve been closed but didn’t realize it until I got to the drive-through. However, the young lady took my order and never mentioned that he may have been closed She was very polite and extremely nice. She paid attention to detail. Just everything about her was awesome.“

“T was very accommodating. He checked on My Wife to see if she needed anything when she was waiting by the counter for our mobile order. And then came around the corner and handed her the mobile order personally with a big smile. Customer service like that doesn’t happen much anymore at fast food establishments. “Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“
