“I did a mobile order, food was timely but the app didn't quite work right so I was missing a free reward (scoop of ice cream) and the manager (Kerra) came back out, walked me through the app, and the app didn't work right. Not only did you have your usual line down the block, you had my son's baseball team, plus moms and dads of those players, plus brothers and sisters of most of the players on top of pick up orders...I wish I had more money to tip you ALL. EVERY BLIZZARD got the famous flip, every cone perfectly swirled, every treat built to perfection and every single treat handed out was served with a smile without even the slightest bit of stress. “Their slogan, “A Sub Above,” certainly describes Jersey Mikes! My ‘go to’ is the #13 Original Italian on Parmesan Rosemary bread, Mikes Way! The ingredients are always fresh, and ample. “I would just like to say that this particular subway does seem to do an excellent job maintaining a clean environment, friendly employees, and overall just making it a pretty good experience when I go there. I've been going very frequently and they've just been killing it every time. Killing it is good for the old timers who don't understand that language, And for the younger people that's like they're cooking, lol.

All the employees there do a great job but I will say that one particular employee Azalea brings her service to another level, helping me get something I really wanted when I wasn't familiar with all the options anymore. If it wasn't for her sharing her knowledge of the subway menu I would not be going to Subway regularly. Appreciate y'all“

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“

“Went in the drive-thru after the fireworks, so it's like 12:45am on July 5th and my group really just needed some sustenance. I felt awful making a big order with such short time before close, and was honestly expecting the food to not be very fresh. However, I was pleasantly surprised when everything came out perfect! I didn't catch his name, but the guy taking orders on headset was very nice and patient. Connor who was at the second window was super personable and made me feel much less bad about coming in late. Thank you to the staff on the night of July 4th for working the holiday and doing your best at it!“
