Stopped by the Auburn subway today after practice with some of my girlfriends. We were immediately greeted by a wonderful man named Kenny not only did he make our subs beautifully and freshly he maintained wonderful small talk. Kenny was very generous with the condiments and helpful when we had questions. And he probably does not know this but he made four teenage girls day. Subway he deserves a raise!
The subway app wouldn’t let me use a deal for b1FL get 1FL for $1. So I went into the restaurant. Vivian the person working was busy. Patiently waiting, the coworker with black hair, I believe manager, came out and gathered sauce bottles. She didn’t ask if I needs service even though still waiting while the internet orders that were backed up were being made. I had told Vivian that I couldn’t order on line and the manager said it’s because of the government shutdown....read full review
Went there on Tuesday the 21st there was one person working one customer before me the girl informed me she had online orders to make before she could do mine I waited almost 20 minutes

Subway has a great staff, including Justin, who is known for his hard work and humor. The manager runs a well-organized store that is always clean. While some customers have experienced issues with veggie freshness, the staff is kind and helpful, even when busy. With ample seating, ordering ahead or online is recommended for the best experience.
