“Went in the drive-thru after the fireworks, so it's like 12:45am on July 5th and my group really just needed some sustenance. I felt awful making a big order with such short time before close, and was honestly expecting the food to not be very fresh. However, I was pleasantly surprised when everything came out perfect! I didn't catch his name, but the guy taking orders on headset was very nice and patient. Connor who was at the second window was super personable and made me feel much less bad about coming in late. Thank you to the staff on the night of July 4th for working the holiday and doing your best at it!“

“Stopped by the Auburn subway today after practice with some of my girlfriends. We were immediately greeted by a wonderful man named Kenny not only did he make our subs beautifully and freshly he maintained wonderful small talk. Kenny was very generous with the condiments and helpful when we had questions. And he probably does not know this but he made four teenage girls day. Subway he deserves a raise!“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. When it comes to fast food places, this Arby's location has THE BEST people working for it! From Crew to Management team, you absolutely CANNOT beat the quality of folks at this location.

Every time I come here: they are upbeat, friendly, and always ready to crack or share a joke with you. I've pulled in with music going, and they started jamming out. I've pulled in, and one night they had a back-and-forth about being out of beef that had me ROLLING in laughter (someone came out the back door to apologize, saw me laughing, and just cracked up themselves!)

I take EVERY opportunity I can to visit these folks and try to make their day just a little bit better. They're amazing, and they deserve every bit of it! 💕“

“Their slogan, “A Sub Above,” certainly describes Jersey Mikes! My ‘go to’ is the #13 Original Italian on Parmesan Rosemary bread, Mikes Way! The ingredients are always fresh, and ample. The Big Kahuna is another must try. If I want a sub this is the only place I will go. Service is great, management is amazing, and we are very pleased to have you in Midland! “I just came through about 3:50pm and was cashed out by a man in the drive, I want to say his name started with a “K”. I just wanted to make sure he and his staff know he was great. I have been having a lot of bad experiences with the customer service end of business’s I go lately (most likely people just stressed & burnt out) but it was refreshing to connect with a patient and kind person. Who also seemed happy to be there. Thanks again! Also the food as always was awesome!“

“Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.

“i've always been a big fan of panda and this place is usually a hit or miss. Either getting skimped out on entrees, missing forks, sauses, etc. However the last few times i have been through there is a worker named, Joy, i believe, who was amazing. She was super sweet and definitely lives up to her name. It always makes me happier when i see her in the drive thru.“

But I had to go out of my way to make sure to give Taylor his props at the Tittabawassee location, he’s a new employee but far and away the greatest experience I’ve had at any chipotle I’ve visited. “I would just like to say that this particular subway does seem to do an excellent job maintaining a clean environment, friendly employees, and overall just making it a pretty good experience when I go there. I've been going very frequently and they've just been killing it every time. Killing it is good for the old timers who don't understand that language, And for the younger people that's like they're cooking, lol.

All the employees there do a great job but I will say that one particular employee Azalea brings her service to another level, helping me get something I really wanted when I wasn't familiar with all the options anymore. If it wasn't for her sharing her knowledge of the subway menu I would not be going to Subway regularly. Appreciate y'all“
