I am not one to leave a review but I just had the WORST drive thru experience on 12/2/24. I didn’t catch her name but she had a TERRIBLE and VERY rude attitude when taking my order and would snap at me when I would add something to my order (I only ordered 3 things). Even my 6 year old child asked me why she was talking to me like that! I was very close to snapping back at her and I am not one to do that either. I will never return to Qdoba at Saginaw location again!!
Y’all. I love Qdoba. I used to work at the midland store. I’ve ordered the soup at least 4 times for delivery and it’s always messed up. Either missing the actual soup or the tortilla strips were packed with the soup and now they’re soggy. It’s not that hard.
Delicious, every time.
