The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“I was excited to drive by and see this location. The outside is not in perfect condition but inside the store it was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. A lot of things about this visit was nostalgic for me as I used to go to the location at 8 Mile (Detroit) until they closed it years and years ago. Even the flat paper dishes to pump the tartar sauce into and The Malt vinegar was there! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food.“

“I love this place with my whole heart. When I ate meat I would always get the steak, cheese, and mushroom sandwich with all the fixings. Now I order the vegetarian sub and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. All their sandwiches are stuffed with their ingredients and they are not stingy with it. “I moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place! Love it! 10/10“

They tell you ice cream has been discontinued, but they still have milkshakes.

Either getting skimped out on entrees, missing forks, sauses, etc. However the last few times i have been through there is a worker named, Joy, i believe, who was amazing. “The food was good. I am from the south and papa johns is very popular down there. Its been years since I've had Papa Johns. Drove 30mins to get some finally, and the pizza was just how I remember it! I am only giving 4 stars because the customer service was interesting. It was awkward, and felt like tentison was in the air. A coworker just sitting on her phone, another coworker having a small dispute with who I assumed was the manager on duty. Food was good, customer service was meh.“

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“
