“This culvers comes just about to perfect, most of my family has been and still is gluten intolerant and not many places had good gluten free, except here, and this location in particular. This location has always been my favorite just because they always have the best customer service and enjoyable atmosphere. Whenever im there they make sure we have everything we need and if they made a mistake they fix it, no extra charge! “I was excited to drive by and see this location. The outside is not in perfect condition but inside the store it was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. A lot of things about this visit was nostalgic for me as I used to go to the location at 8 Mile (Detroit) until they closed it years and years ago. But the shredded lettuce was bitter. That's never happened to me before. So hopefully that was just a one time thing.“

Of course, you can modify it with peppers, special proprietary hot sauce, cheese or mushrooms. Grillmaster for A Big John location is a very honorable and important position! “For people passing through, this is a really cool nostalgic Arby's location.

The manager (I'm almost sure she was the manager) has this business down. We stopped in during a busy hour on a holiday weekend. Our service was excellent! She was on top of everything, and didn't at all seem frazzled by the chaos. Super polite and personable. We also got our order super quick, and it was just her and two other employees (who were also doing a great job!). Keep up the great work!

“I moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place! Love it! 10/10“

“It’s been so long since I’ve had tender and juicy chicken from a fast food, was really great. I’m not a fan of crinkle cut fries but their shoe string style crinkle cuts are great. Toast soft and tasty. All around great first visit. The heat in the lobby a little high but worth it“

“Idk what these other people are on about but I order here from time to time and my customizations are literally NEVER wrong and that's sometimes a hard bar to cross compared to other fast food places. Sometimes the chalupa shells are hard but that's every taco bell“

“I walked in and got my order and as the cashier was handing me my change, one of the other stunning ladies behind the counter was handing me my sandwich, I was still putting my change in my wallet before I was served. Excellent and swift service“

“Not a bad place to eat, food was good and people were nice. BUT, Taco Bell hasn't gotten cheap over the years. My local one doesn't even have a counter person, just a couple kiosks. This is a horrible trend. Less service and food being made cheaper but costing more. For some reason it still tastes good even though they took a lot off the menu. I miss Taco Bell from the 90's and early 2000's.

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“

She was treated with great patience in selecting the items for sandwhich. I think she had gift card and maybe rewards card. Overheard explaining everything at checkout. When I paid I acknowledged the service she provided that women. The response was the best, I just imagine if that was my grandmother. That type of attitude is internal and not learned in corporate training. I hope managemrnt recognizes what an assest they with her workng there.“
