The automated robot that takes your order is very aggressive. She acts like you've insulted her mother right out of the gate!

Rally's has received mixed reviews but shows signs of improvement. Since the new general manager started, the service, food quality, and friendliness of the staff have notably enhanced. The afternoon shift has some awesome workers who help each other, and the drive-thru team is extremely respectful and takes pride in their work. Customers have praised the burgers, fries, and shakes, calling them fresh and satisfying. The shakes are considered the best among affordable chains by some customers. The location is clean, and the quick service is appreciated. However, there have been issues with overpriced wings and a new AI voice ordering system that needs better functionality. While there have been complaints about the chili for the chili dogs tasting spoiled, the friendly employees and manager have made a positive impression, particularly when assisting customers in need. The parking is sufficient, as it is primarily a drive-through with pick-up parking.
