“I've only been in a few times but the employees are always nice. There was one time I went into Mooney's because I noticed my sugar was a bit too high (I'm diabetic) and wanted some water. The ladies working were very kind and gave me some, no questions asked! The place is usually packed but that never stops them from delivering amazing service. They also have the best ice cream in saginaw!“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“
