“My previous experience at Applebee's on Tittabawasses in Saginaw, wasn’t pleasant, as I encountered poor customer service and received unsatisfactory food. I reached out to the restaurant corporate to make them aware of the issue, not seeking any compensation. However, Applebee's did send me a gift card as an apology. Today, while handling some business on State Street, I decided to give Applebee's another chance. I sat at the bar and ordered the same dish, chicken Alfredo. To my surprise, it was delicious and my server, Jo Etta, provided exceptional customer service. This experience has restored my faith in Applebee's.

“Location: Easily Accessible... However, I was a little confused about CAT'S being on the front and no real roadside billboard or signage.

Food: Absolutely on point. Fast, and HOTT

Staff: Welp... The service was great. But staff was RUDE AF! ?? I loved it. Sarcasm through and through. All novelty aside, they made sure I knew what I came into before going.

This is a rare, novelty, fun experience. I will be going back with some family and friends. Next door they have corn hole, axe throwing and some other games. Live music and a DJ!“

“I came here to try their desserts, and was welcomed by a very nice and inviting staff! Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helpful.
The desserts are pretty good, too. The best one is the limited time only Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake followed by the Key Lime Pie. Although, they are a little bit expensive for a single slice.

Side note there were two other gentleman not working but standing around laughing. the inside definitely looks like it needs to be kept clean as it was quite dirty after a long day at work. If the two gentlemen had time to laugh and stand around they had time to keep up through out the day a clean up.“

“We order the Game Day Pack, which is for 4-6 servings for pickup. We got there early and the employees couldn't find the game day pack on their menu. We had to show him the order on our phone so he could fill the order. He got it order together and we left. We got home and everything was good except our sides were only for a single serving. The traditional wings, or the boneless wings with hot sauce always hits the spot taste-wise, and let's not forget about the fries. I also recommend the blue cheese dip for the wings. “I came here with my parents with a bit of uncertainty after reading all the reviews, but I can say for sure that we had a really great experience here. Our waitress (didn't get her name) was very nice and checked on us often to make sure we had everything. The food was also very delicious (look at the pictures).
