“I always seen this restaurant but never stopped until I had to go to Erica flowers and needed change to purchase the flowers for my aunt funeral. To my surprise I ordered the taco salad it b was just the way I like it in a shell bowl, nice and crispy and also got the soft tacos for my husband which he loved as well. We will be returning my husband and I for a play date and I told my family and friends about Valeries that they really should try to go there. The owner was really nice and friendly.“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“Iv been going here sense I was a little girl and man do I love this place. All the way from their food to their awesome and friendly waitresses. Today Saturday May 23rd, 2026 we came in around noon and had Kate as our waitress. The food was amazing LIKE ALWAYS and came out faster than any fast food places around and Kate's service was absolutely wonderful!! “Our son lives in the area and recommended for his birthday lunch. Everything was great. The only issue, for the cost of the fish dinners, the fish is very small. The chicken sandwich and hamburger were huge.
Handicap parking available close to the doors. No automatic doors.“

“I did a mobile order, food was timely but the app didn't quite work right so I was missing a free reward (scoop of ice cream) and the manager (Kerra) came back out, walked me through the app, and the app didn't work right. So she went in the store and came back with a scoop. She didn't have to, but she wanted to make me happy and I really appreciated it. Top notch manager and service!“

“It was my first time there went for brunch after church with friends. The service was great. The wait staff was patient, and knowledgeable because asked all kind of questions. All six of us order different kinds of breakfast. It didn't take a long time for the breakfast to arrive; it was hot and good. The portion are nice size I was full the ham might be a reason I will go back it was fresh and tender. The restaurant and the restroom pretty clean.“

“I love this place with my whole heart. When I ate meat I would always get the steak, cheese, and mushroom sandwich with all the fixings. Now I order the vegetarian sub and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. All their sandwiches are stuffed with their ingredients and they are not stingy with it. I hope to open a big johns franchise myself.

“We order the Game Day Pack, which is for 4-6 servings for pickup. We got there early and the employees couldn't find the game day pack on their menu. We had to show him the order on our phone so he could fill the order. He got it order together and we left. We got home and everything was good except our sides were only for a single serving. “I enjoy buffalo wild wings, this one is no different. But sometimes it can be hard to enjoy it. The food is always pretty good, the atmosphere even when busy is enjoyable, but its the service thats hurts the experience. The servers are always pretty nice but I will order something and it ends up coming 20 to 45 minutes later, which when busy makes sense but it happens every time even when the orders are pretty simple, they on a regular basis get orders wrong, which usually isn't a problem cause the servers are nice enough to fix it free of charge, but it gets annoying when it happens every other time you go. Im not saying its a bad restaurant but it needs some things to be fixed once these things are fixed they could definitely be one of the best around. So all in all good food great atmosphere just not great service. There is also gluten free buns, unlike anywhere near by, probably the only location I know of.“
