“I love the location of the this little restaurant... The waitress was very friendly.... They were very busy and it took a while to get our food but that's okay.... If we had been in a hurry maybe I would not have been happy... As it was it was definitely worth waiting for the liver and onions and the beef vegetable soup was delicious!!... I would definitely return if I'm ever traveling through this way again...“

“This is a hidden gem! you might drive right by... but don't miss out! From pizzas to steaks to smoked meats, this place has it all! While the owner is running around cooking your food fresh you can take in all the cool things in the walls!! Eat in or eat out or take it to go! this place is freaking amazing!!! I'll be back!!!!“

“We love this Culver's! Our party of six (4 adults, 2 kids) recently dined in and enjoyed the excellent food, service (fast!), and atmosphere (clean restaurant). Two of the adults were visiting from Texas and it was their first Culver's experience- they loved it! We had two butter burger kids meals, chicken tender meals, salad, and chicken sandwich- all were great! Thank you, Culver's on Gratiot Rd!“

“Our son lives in the area and recommended for his birthday lunch. Everything was great. The only issue, for the cost of the fish dinners, the fish is very small. The chicken sandwich and hamburger were huge.
Handicap parking available close to the doors. No automatic doors.“

“It was my first time there went for brunch after church with friends. The service was great. The wait staff was patient, and knowledgeable because asked all kind of questions. All six of us order different kinds of breakfast. It didn't take a long time for the breakfast to arrive; it was hot and good. The portion are nice size I was full the ham might be a reason I will go back it was fresh and tender. The restaurant and the restroom pretty clean.“

“Had an awesome night out with family at The Back Forty! We changed plans last minute and ended up here — and I’m glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly and on point. Food was outstanding: 🔥 Deep-fried dough bites with cheese & marinara 🔥 Hand-dipped onion rings (some of the best I’ve had) 🔥 Huge plate of nachos loaded up and done right 🔥 Perfect pizza — great crust, light sauce, golden cheese 🔥 Flaky, hand-dipped fish with perfectly seasoned fries And somehow… we still made room for the skillet cookie 🍪 Great food, great service, and a perfect night catching up with family. We drove from Vernon — and honestly, even if you’re not near Chesaning, it’s worth the drive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+“

“The food was amazing I ordered from here all the time even when I get customers orders from DoorDash deliveries the food is amazing far as keeping the temperature nice and warm Don't even wait long for real probably less than 10 minutes If you definitely thinking of somewhere to go get food at and go to Buffalo wild wings go on State Street not the one on the other side of town if you know you know 😉 you will be waiting forever“
