“The food is usually pretty good. I especially enjoy their Slim Jim sandwich. We stopped for a late breakfast, and I should have ordered the Slim Jim. I had a breakfast bowl instead, and it was just a hot mess that gave me indigestion. I never even finished it. I am still giving them 4 stars because it wasn't their fault that I chose the wrong dish. I miss all of the Big Boys that have shutdown north of this location.“

“I am only rating 4 stars because I know these reviews directly affect the employees. I dined in Monday 2/23 and was a victim of the system change. I waited 50 minutes for my appetizer and soup. I understand extenuating circumstances, but that is an insane amount of time. The beaming ray of sunshine in the abysmal failure of the new system is David the manager and Mason our server. They did their best to manage the situation they were dealt while I watched at least 1 manager fist bump people and leave and another fill ice and stay in the back. David was on the floor dealing with irate customers with a smile and incredible attitude. And Mason tried his best and maintained a smile the whole time. Please support your staff better.“

“Stopped in for lunch after a trip to Frankenmuth and it was a delight! We really dug the style inside and out and the staff were super friendly. We both ended up getting the pineapple chicken sandwich that was on special and it blew my door off! One of the best grilled chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. If you’re not feeling the fried chicken and German cuisine in Frankenmuth, drive a few minutes for some killer diner grub. Highly recommend!“

“We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ?? It wasn’t toasted or anything what’s to make ?? Still waiting…she brought me a piece of bun. Now the cheese is cold all in a clump and I had to make my own sandwich. I could have done that at home. I have NEVER not tipped until today. Most was brought home so I can warm it up and make it properly. I didn’t hit DO NOT RECOMMEND only because over 16 years this was the first incident. The waitresses handling of it was very poor !! And it wasn’t busy what so ever.“

“First of all great menu selection, and great food. But wanted to give a shout of thanks and praise to the waitstaff and management. Our large group really appreciated the accommodating, super friendly nature of the staff. They made us feel like family. We did get there just before the dinner rush the 2 nights we visited but they were quick to accommodate our 12+ group the first night and 25+ group the 2nd night. Everyone loved their food and our vegetarians had a lot to choose from too. Each night one waitress took care of our group and it was astonishing how quickly our orders were taken and our food was received. Management checked in on us regularly with friendliness that warmed our hearts. “We went there on Cinco de Mayo & I'm sure they got the overflow from people wanting to eat out and Mexican restaurants being super full. 🤣 Despite being a Tuesday, it was super busy and our server was super kind & friendly. The owners were even walking(more like running,lol!) around helping out with bussing and checking on tables. The love music was great and upbeat, and I loved that everyone in there just looked like they were having a good time. Fantastic burgers; we got three different ones. “Had an excellent experience today at Los Cabos. The service was outstanding and the food even better. I already have a few favorite Mexican spots, and now this place is on the list. The hardest part was choosing what to order. I decided on the Sampler Dinner great value with a wide variety. The portions are generous almost enough for a family to share and the pricing is very reasonable. Beyond the service and food, the ambiance and décor complemented the experience nicely. Highly recommended!“

“We have eaten here many times with no issues. Today we showed up at roughly 4:30. We were promptly seated with no issues. As we sat with no acknowledgement from the wait staff, we watched 5 other couples be seated, greeted, and orders taken. After 15 plus minutes of sitting without being waited on, we got up and left. A really poor experience.

Edit::: I believe in second chances and being fair with my reviews. After my previous negative review we decided to give them another chance. I do enjoy the all you can eat wings. Today we were immediately seated and greeted by our waitress. The food was excellent and Rachael, our waitress, she was extremely friendly.
Now this is the Applebees we know.“

“It's been a while since we last visited Cracker Barrel, we are not regulars but every once in a while we have a craving for an old country style breakfast. While we have always had a good or neutral experience, today's was exceptional primarily due to the excellent and friendly service we received from our server Quentin. He is exactly what our workforce needs to remain competitive in the world today. It may sound trivial but as someone who has worked with the general public for 40 years, it's no small matter to satisfy and please the sometimes unreasonable demands people have. The type of service we received today from Quentin gives me hope that all is not lost in the service industry. Cracker Barrel is fortunate to have Quentin as part of their team. Thanks!“
