Jessica is a phenomenal waitress, the manager is outstanding and the food is always high quality. We have been coming here for years on our annual trip to Bronners due to the consistent quality of service and food and we’re coming back tomorrow

UNO Pizzeria & Grill provides excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. The food is consistently high quality, including the 6 oz steak cooked to perfection, with excellent, warm fries and mashed potatoes. The restaurant is a great place to eat, with the Birch Run location being cleaner and having a more pleasant staff compared to the Saginaw location. The staff, including the manager, are outstanding, and the restaurant offers a good variety of food options, including vegan choices for those with dietary restrictions. Customers appreciate the consistent quality of service and food, which keeps them coming back year after year. The server, Jacob, and the manager are known for going above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Some guests suggest that seating arrangements for larger groups could be improved to seat groups larger than 10 closer together. Overall, UNO Pizzeria & Grill remains a popular spot for families and regular visitors.
