One of my better trips to a Bob Evans. Great service, great food. Love the bottomless hot chocolate. Today I reordered a hot chocolate with the manager, when I got it, the taste was off, seemed watered down, so when the waitress came back, I asked for a different one, she said no problem, little watered down. Wish I got her name, great waitress. She said, yeah when the mix gets lower in the machine, you got to punch it. Makes sense to me, even one she made was fantastic....read full review
Our server James was very pleasant, professional and courteous!! You can tell that he truly enjoys his job based on his positivity and upbeat attitude. We will definitely return here to eat the next time we're in Birch Run!
