“What a fun restaurant! It's a legit old diner that was moved here 30 years ago. The food is classic diner fare and the service was excellent. I look forward to going back. Update 2026. The grilled cheese, with bacon, is first rate. The chicken noodle soup is on point; the noodles are fantastic.“

“We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ?? It wasn’t toasted or anything what’s to make ?? Still waiting…she brought me a piece of bun. Now the cheese is cold all in a clump and I had to make my own sandwich. I could have done that at home. I have NEVER not tipped until today. Most was brought home so I can warm it up and make it properly. I didn’t hit DO NOT RECOMMEND only because over 16 years this was the first incident. The waitresses handling of it was very poor !! And it wasn’t busy what so ever.“

“I recently visited Applebee’s and had a solid, overall enjoyable experience. “Took about 10 minutes for them to clear a table off for us and the guy was not friendly about it at all, everybody seemed super stressed out that works there which was also stressful for us and others visiting. Our waitress was great, the only problem I had they waited until we were completely done eating all of our food to give us our second appetizer which we had to get a box for. The food was okay, I'm just upset that they got over on us not giving us the appetizer.“
