“Stopped in for lunch after a trip to Frankenmuth and it was a delight! We really dug the style inside and out and the staff were super friendly. We both ended up getting the pineapple chicken sandwich that was on special and it blew my door off! One of the best grilled chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. If you’re not feeling the fried chicken and German cuisine in Frankenmuth, drive a few minutes for some killer diner grub. Highly recommend!“

“We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ?? It wasn’t toasted or anything what’s to make ?? Still waiting…she brought me a piece of bun. Now the cheese is cold all in a clump and I had to make my own sandwich. I could have done that at home. I have NEVER not tipped until today. Most was brought home so I can warm it up and make it properly. I didn’t hit DO NOT RECOMMEND only because over 16 years this was the first incident. The waitresses handling of it was very poor !! And it wasn’t busy what so ever.“

“We have eaten here many times with no issues. Today we showed up at roughly 4:30. We were promptly seated with no issues. As we sat with no acknowledgement from the wait staff, we watched 5 other couples be seated, greeted, and orders taken. After 15 plus minutes of sitting without being waited on, we got up and left. A really poor experience.

Edit::: I believe in second chances and being fair with my reviews. After my previous negative review we decided to give them another chance. I do enjoy the all you can eat wings. Today we were immediately seated and greeted by our waitress. The food was excellent and Rachael, our waitress, she was extremely friendly.
Now this is the Applebees we know.“
