“We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ?? It wasn’t toasted or anything what’s to make ?? Still waiting…she brought me a piece of bun. Now the cheese is cold all in a clump and I had to make my own sandwich. I could have done that at home. I have NEVER not tipped until today. Most was brought home so I can warm it up and make it properly. I didn’t hit DO NOT RECOMMEND only because over 16 years this was the first incident. The waitresses handling of it was very poor !! And it wasn’t busy what so ever.“

“I recently visited Applebee’s and had a solid, overall enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was exactly what you expect from Applebee’s—casual, relaxed, and comfortable, making it a good spot for a laid-back meal without feeling rushed. I ordered a steak, and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. The steak was cooked close to how I requested and was nicely seasoned. While it wasn’t a high-end steakhouse cut, it was flavorful, tender enough, and satisfying for the price point. The sides paired well with the entrée and were served hot and fresh, which I appreciated. Portion sizes were generous, and I left feeling full.

“Took about 10 minutes for them to clear a table off for us and the guy was not friendly about it at all, everybody seemed super stressed out that works there which was also stressful for us and others visiting. Our waitress was great, the only problem I had they waited until we were completely done eating all of our food to give us our second appetizer which we had to get a box for. The food was okay, I'm just upset that they got over on us not giving us the appetizer.“

“By far, Prost is my absolute favorite restaurant. It's my go to spot for "me time", and I love to over order so I can spread everything back out again at my hotel later that day. The food is outstanding, wine list is spectacular, service is beyond compare.“

Also to my surprise they charged us a $1.25 for a pizza takeout box lol without mentioning it when we asked. I guess I should have asked for a foam box had I been given the chance. Who knows, maybe a charge for that too. 🤷‍♀️ Do they charge takeout pizza for their box too?“

“The food is usually pretty good. I especially enjoy their Slim Jim sandwich. We stopped for a late breakfast, and I should have ordered the Slim Jim. I had a breakfast bowl instead, and it was just a hot mess that gave me indigestion. I never even finished it. I am still giving them 4 stars because it wasn't their fault that I chose the wrong dish. I miss all of the Big Boys that have shutdown north of this location.“

“I've read the negative reviews and honestly my experience has always been way different at this place. When you walk in theres always a nice young man at the counter that greets you with a smile. Never once has my order been wrong or flavorless. We order pretty much once a week. The chicken on a stick are delicious. The dumplings steamed and fried are both amazing as well. We've tried many things here and never once was i disappointed. Im not sure exactly what you call those fluffy white steamed rolls with white rice on them that you guys tossed in my bag but my goodness are those amazing. One thing I've learned in my (almost) 32 years of living is that you cant please everyone. However you have an A+ from my family. ♡ Thanks for always being kind and making us yummy food. We appreciate you.“
