“I am only rating 4 stars because I know these reviews directly affect the employees. I dined in Monday 2/23 and was a victim of the system change. I waited 50 minutes for my appetizer and soup. I understand extenuating circumstances, but that is an insane amount of time. The beaming ray of sunshine in the abysmal failure of the new system is David the manager and Mason our server. They did their best to manage the situation they were dealt while I watched at least 1 manager fist bump people and leave and another fill ice and stay in the back. David was on the floor dealing with irate customers with a smile and incredible attitude. And Mason tried his best and maintained a smile the whole time. Please support your staff better.“

“We went to try the food and were happy with what we ordered. Better than most restaurants we have been to. We stayed and listened to the DJ play music and watch the dancers. Plan to go back to try other food choices.“

I ordered a steak, and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. The steak was cooked close to how I requested and was nicely seasoned. While it wasn’t a high-end steakhouse cut, it was flavorful, tender enough, and satisfying for the price point. The sides paired well with the entrée and were served hot and fresh, which I appreciated. Portion sizes were generous, and I left feeling full.
The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our server checked in regularly, made sure drinks were refilled, and handled everything professionally. It’s clear they’re experienced with keeping things moving smoothly even when the restaurant gets busy.

“Food was very delicious and served in a timely fashion. You have a keeper in Nicole, she could certainly bring in alot of business to your facility. Only gave 4 star on atmosphere, you need a restroom entrance on inside and maybe in future alittle added items to menu . Will certainly recommend ! ! 🙂“

“Thank you! being new to flushing and Michigan (relocated from west coast) in general I have been disappointed in the dining and nightlife options. I get its a small town but man I wasn't prepared for the lack of options. A co-worker recommended I check out jack's place, when he told be where it was I thought to myself I drive by there everyday to and from work never new it was there. When i walked in i felt immediately at home, the place has a modern and clean design feel. but i was a bit apprehensive because this is flushing, and time seems to have stopped at 2002 in the city. i sat and the bar and asked for a menu and a beer list, no beer list but the bartender did point out alot of crafty and cool beers, the ipa heads out there, your covered. he also gave me a cocktail menu which had a couple of craft cocktails, which was a nice surprise, I ordered an old fashion and it was spot on. the dinner menu has a nice variety of options especially for a bowling alley, i ordered the seared ahi tacos and they were really good and being from california i know my fish tacos. I did read reviews before coming in and understood some of the issues, the place does need a little more color or some sort of art work on the walls. and kitchen and service needs to be worked on, but overall its by far the best place in town and i have been to all them. Its a place i can take my kids and have an adult experience at the same time. And it's nice to see that someone took the time and the risk to help bring flushing into 2020, i hope it will provide hope to other proprietors to update downtown.“

“Took about 10 minutes for them to clear a table off for us and the guy was not friendly about it at all, everybody seemed super stressed out that works there which was also stressful for us and others visiting. Our waitress was great, the only problem I had they waited until we were completely done eating all of our food to give us our second appetizer which we had to get a box for. The food was okay, I'm just upset that they got over on us not giving us the appetizer.“
