“I appreciate D's a lot. I'm a fan of their cheese and crust but the sauce doesn't exactly tickle my taste buds (personal preference). I love their calzone with extra cheese, double pepperoni and bacon with light or no sauce. Overall I think the quality of their pizzas are better than most. The employees are polite even when they're under a lot of pressure and I greatly respect that.”

“My wife and I visited our friends a year ago and we ordered carryout at Bytes. Over the last year, we have talked so frequently about how delicious the food was, how kind the owner is, and how we were eager to go back anytime we visited again. We stopped in today while visiting our friends again, and ordered food before returning home. Everything tasted just as amazing as we remembered! If you’re visiting the area or live in the area, I would highly recommend Bytes, and I wish that I could get the food and the experience, where I live! My wife and I love to build our own bowl and both enjoyed the chicken Shawarma and lamb beef Shawarma. The naan is insanely good, and I highly recommend ordering the lassi (a delicious fruit smoothie)! We will definitely be back soon!”

In addition to her great service, her food recommendations were also spot on. The Puff Bread was amazing and also loved the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza!Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a cement ramp from parking lot but it isn’t marked or painted in any way so it blends in with sidewalk. It’s a great ramp, just needs to be marked.”

“I stopped by here on two different days for a business lunch after receiving local recommendations and looking at the Google reviews.I enjoyed their limited offering of a wet burrito and a few days later the showboat club on Texan toast.Flattop and booth seating with plastic table clothes and paper napkins. Two separate dining areas but basic with no frills. They appear to have a bar for limited cocktails but I definitely saw a person get a Busch light with their lunch. Competitive prices. Good to very good service depending on the waitress. No wifi. The meals weren’t fantastic but were solid where I would return again.”

“What A wonderful addition to our community in Saginaw Township. This company has picked up where Hamilton’s bakery left off. They’ve got the hundred year-old table, a couple of recipes, great lunch, specials, and starting next week breakfast!I picked up a bakers dozen and tried number of different donuts. I highly recommend stopping in here. They’re not cheap, but worth every penny.”

The staff is always so kind, very cheery, and knows their locals well. The menu has so many great options, even options for our furry friends. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared to other ice cream parlors you may find in the area. This location has seating outside, as well as a drive thru. If you find yourself driving through chesaning, I highly recommend you stop by and get a treat along the way. My ice cream is always too photo worthy not to post. We had Ginger as our waitress & she is great, friendly & funny. Quick with drink refills & food came out fast! This was our first visit here & it will not be the last. “100% our go to. We always do take out but today ate in. Ya'll I'm still in a food coma. My teenager and I ordered veggies low mean, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, and crab ragoons. Omg the ragoons were stuffed ? with legit ?. The portions were out of this world. We're gonna be eating for a week off left overs. My child attends Purdue university and when I come down to layette, Indiana they request Chinese. We maybe get a full meal for both for what we spent here. And I can't properly say what happened in my mouth at this hole in the wall middle of no where. And are yall real. Pop/soda is free for dine in. And the water (because we are both water drinkers) was real. Not flint city yuck. Seriously though service was awesome. Food is 20 out of 10. You'd never expect this level of flavor and fresh from some tiny spot in the middle of no where. 20 out of 10. Absolute ? best”

“Small town bar and grille with a very welcoming atmosphere! My mom and I drive 40 mins one way to come here every Sunday for our mom and son dates and we get their half off pizza specials! Always greeted with smiles and amazing servers! We absolutely love it. Waitstaff is always super friendly, pizza is absolutely DELICIOUS! Keep it up guys! We get an appetizer and 2-12 inch pizzas and spend like 25 bucks total! Definitely a customer for life here!”

“I frequent a lot of coffee houses and this is one of the top place. Their coffee is extremely smooth and full bodied without being too strong or bitter.They have a nice selection of fresh food items as well and I like the size offerings of their drinks. I have two issues with this place and I hope the owners/ managers see this. 1) We visited here twice during the holidays and in both instances, the young lady working was all alone. She had customers lined up practically out the door and almost every seat in the shop full. Both times the person working was very polite and professional but no one should have to deal with this all alone. What if something happened to her? What if there was an emergency? Very, very poor judgment on behalf of their bosses. 2) I like how clean and cozy this place is. The coffee is excellent but it is also more expensive than any other place in the area. Creation Coffee is also a frequent place of mine and theirs is just as good as Live Oa but not as expensive, although they only offer two sizes (12 and 16 ounce). Overall, it is a nice place to enjoy a good cup of coffee.I only wish the folks in charge would be more concerned for the welfare and safety of their employees.Robert M.”
