Check your order before you leave this location, even if it holds up the line, you will likely have something wrong! This is now the second time I’ve tried to order from the State street location. Each time I order boneless from here I’ve received similar wings, maybe just bad luck to get the “bottom of the frozen bag” each time, but I don’t have this problem on Tittabawassee. Normally this place is amazing! I come here so much. T the manager is the absolute best! But tonight Amber a staff member helped me and a few others and was very rude and unhappy to be at work and took it out on us. I am a manager in customer service myself and that is absolutely unacceptable and flat out rude. If you want on the go cold wings this is spot to go to!!The cashier was friendly and wait was not long at all. The wings were cold, had enough sauce on them and they actually gave me couple extra tiny boneless wings due to them being small. I asked for celery and ranch and got no ranch ?‍♀️
