Had a great experience! We accidentally grabbed the wrong to-go order and returned to the store to give it back and grab ours. Katrina not only made our food fresh and helped us correct our mistake, but also remade the order we accidentally took fresh for the other customer!
Hands down this location has the best food out of all BWW, the cook is super polite and she is one hell of a cook. Your food is warm and cooked to perfection. Honestly, I would love to see 1/2 things happen. Her to either open her own spot of them move her up to train cooks across America. See, when you get an employee like her you need to use her and let her shine. State Saginaw is just different. The best garlic parm wings in America !!
Idk who makes the Mac and cheese but it was amazing and way better than the other location.

Customers consistently have a great experience at this location. This location has been fantastic. Food is good and fast and service is great. An employee ran out with an order of fries they forgot to put in the order. That was an extra mile and was incredibly appreciated. Catrina with a C is the best addition.
