Upon walking up to the counter, no one said anything to us for a good few minutes. There was also a man standing next to us, who had already gotten his stuff, looking for something else, and an employee told him she was too busy and someone else would have to help him. We ordered our food, I ordered a water with my meal for a $1 upcharge, and got tap water. When we got our food, one of the sandwiches was wrong and there was no hash browns. Food and drinks always are great, so it's always worth the wait. Employees are always so helpful and friendly. Definitely a different pace from other fast food restaurants.Kid-friendliness: There isn't really any options for kids here. All the food is great, but maybe adding a few simple things for kids that are of younger age would be helpful.
