the Tim Hortons in Saginaw is HORRIBLE they have TERRIBLE service, my husband ordered me a VANILLA CREAM DOUGHNUT and instead I got something totally different we take it up and say this isn't what we asked for and the cashier argued and said yes it is you ordered a sour cream blueberry doughnut. Well-kept store with friendly, accommodating staff. Early morning donut run handled without a hitch! A+
Cannot give this place a one star, only for the people who work mornings/mid day who are really nice and go above and beyond. Generally anytime after 2pm or 3pm service goes downhill along with quality. Just ordered a vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso.
