I walked into the coffee shop 3 minutes after they closed. The staff there was more than happy to make me a tea as they're in the middle of cleaning up all the other equipment. Now I know that they didn't have to do this but it was fantastic. And my first time ever being at this coffee chain made it an experience that put the customer first.
Love me some Bigby! Your workers do a great job of service with a smile! Asset to your business. Today it was Taylor who made my usual drink and its always done right! Great job ladies.
