I walked into the coffee shop 3 minutes after they closed. The staff there was more than happy to make me a tea as they're in the middle of cleaning up all the other equipment. Now I know that they didn't have to do this but it was fantastic. And my first time ever being at this coffee chain made it an experience that put the customer first.

I'm pretty disappointed with my latte I received it tasted off to me. When I looked in the bottom of my drink I realized why. I can not believe my drink was served to me this way. It had some chunk's of curdled milk and tons of espresso grounds. The drink was very hot to me I couldn't even drink it for a half in hour. So I'm assuming the milk was overheated hence the curdles.Don't think I'll be returning to this location!
