I'll keep it simple. Order was ~$54. Mac n cheese was about as wet as a stick of chalk. Paid for items that were not received. Nothing like eating a loss for dinner rather than the food you ordered. It takes 30 seconds to cross reference an order with the items you physically place in a bag. You were given 20 - 30 minutes... Do better.
I understand that it's very busy at 5:07pm but after waiting over 10 minutes for my 24 piece nuggets, I at least expected to get a box of HOT food. When I got home & divvyed up the nuggets between us & the kids there were only 20 nuggets & they weren't even heat lamp warm! Tried calling the store & the numbers listed on the APP & Google Maps are WRONG! ALSO- the outside door is ridiculously hard to open from either side! Extremely disappointed.
Tuesday is my favorite day. 8 pieces of finger licking good fried chicken for $10.00
