My wife and I stopped by in the drive through to grab a bite to eat. We waited a short amount of time but the nuggets, tenders and fries we received looked like they have been sitting for quite some time essentially was given crumbs for chicken tenders and nuggets and old salty fries. Above all else, the lady in the drive through repeatedly blasted open the window and slamming it closed giving attitude for absolutely no reason. There was never an argument or anything just seems to be a lack of professionalism at this establishment. Absolutely do not recommend. This occurred 12 March at approximately 5:02pm.

Worst experience! We come to this KFC weekly. We asked for fresh chicken tenders, were told there was enough ready and they were not making any fresh. Got home, and they're so hard & definitely not fresh!! Called & the manager was very rude! Asked if we could leave a name to get a credit for another time and he refused! Definitely going to Shields to get KFC from now on! What a shame!

Terrible experience!!! I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken tender meals. The man at the window tried to hand me 4 drinks with no drink carrier, he was annoyed when I asked for one. One of the drinks was incorrect, and none were filled to the same level( 1 was only 3/4). With no one in line behind me they had me pull forward to trick the timer. I waited 5 minutes for someone to bring me my food. I handed the man the incorrect drink and asked for it to be replaced. He never came back. While waiting I noticed there was no honey or barbecue sauce in the bag. After another 5 minutes I backed up to the window and was yelled at by a woman, saying that I had to move because of the timer. After pulling forward again and waiting a few more minutes, I pulled around and went inside. The same woman handed me the Dr. Pepper with ice in it(ordered with no ice). I dumped it out in the pop machine tray and tried to refill the cup. It was out, when the lady handed me 3 packs of honey and 2 barbecue sauces for 4 meals, I told her I needed more and that the Dr. Pepper was out. She grabbed the cup and said I could have told you that. She then handed me a bag with more sauces and the drink still not filled up. I left, got home and realized I didn't have any straws. Everyone was rude.

Do you believe in hell?? Because everyone that works here looks like they're living in hell. They look miserable and don't have any energy to even acknowledge you walked in. Your food will be made when they feel like it. And boy, if you're going to be disappointed. KFC has fallen and keeps falling in quality. Even when they make it fresh it still tastes like it was made hours ago.

Staff was extremely nice I got chicken and fries and by the time I was done filling up my drink my food was done the food tasted awesome but some of the fries were soggy otherwise the place is a good KFC to go to if ur in the areKid-friendliness: They have meals for kids and they have kids drinks I think ur kid will love KFC if they like chicken
