They terribly cooked our food and messed up are order. Treated us with poor customer service when we tried to have them recook are food or help us out a bit. Definitely isn’t the first time this has happened. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Never going here again!

Guy working was nice but I waited 30 minutes for 6 boneless wings even after ordering ahead. Pretty frustrating coming from a place that offers a drive thru and promises quick service. Was given a pager device to sit and wait with and was told to return to the drive thru when device goes off. Go inside after waiting 25 minutes and see my order is sitting there waiting. Pager device never signaled for me to pick it up. How long was it waiting? Don’t know if it was even warm when I finally did pick it up because I had to return to work with not enough time left on my lunch to eat it. Ridiculously frustrating and disappointing.

Check your order before you leave this location, even if it holds up the line, you will likely have something wrong! This is now the second time I’ve tried to order from the State street location. Each time I order boneless from here I’ve received similar wings, maybe just bad luck to get the “bottom of the frozen bag” each time, but I don’t have this problem on Tittabawassee. The pictures show you 4 of the wings they sold me. 3 of the 4 pieces were only breading. Then when you drive all the way back to the restaurant they want you to wait for a new order of wings and act like nothing is wrong. Nothing has changed, manager still isn’t inspecting the food that their staff keeps sending out of the kitchen.

We placed an order for our local establishment for a pickup time of 6:50pm. I waited in the drive-thru line and when I pulled up to the window at 6:59, was given a buzzer and told to wait in a parking spot and then would have to wait in the drive-thru line again to get my food after the buzzer went off. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went back to the drive-thru and asked for an update. At the window, she handed me my food and said "we tried to buzz you but it wasn't going through." There was no apology, and no effort to be made to contact me otherwise knowing the buzzer wasn't working. Upon arriving home which is only 5 minutes away, the fries were already cold and the wings were lukewarm. We had specified no tomatoes on the burger due to an allergy; after eating half of the burger, it was discovered that there was a slice of tomato on it. This could be extremely dangerous for someone of a more severe level of allergy. This experience has been extremely poor.
I call in at 3pm for a pick up order at 6p. I arrived at 6:03 ,advised the gentleman at the counter I had a order for pick up. He gave me my total and I paid no issue there. I asked how long of a wait, he told 10 to 15 minute. I immediately asked for a manager because this is inexcusable, especially for an order place over the phone 3 hrs olin advance. She apologized for the issue and basically informed me there was nothing she could do. I got my order 30 minutes later which wasn't fresh and barely tossed in sauce . I'll never go back to another buffalo wild wings because of this. There were several other ppl who were wait even longer then me. Terrible management of the business, regardless of this being a new store. My food should have been ready for pick up not being cooked when I get there. Defeats the entire purpose of placing the order ahead of time. There ls no way to rationalize that at all. Don't recommend, 0 stars.

Always get order wrong. Tee is the manager and seems to have a bit of an attitude with customers. Always blames the new employees for messing it up. I believe it’s a training issue coming directly from TEE. Amber also needs to learn how to use the phone and talk to people. 4 times I ordered from here and 3 times they messed it up. Offered a gift card for food I didn’t receive. I didn’t pay with gift card so would like my original payment back. I won’t be back!
