“Great place to eat. Portions are nice size. Prices are reasonable. All homemade food. Bakery has wonderful breads, cookies, and pies. Run by Mennonites. We will definitely go back.Parking: Parking next door, and on the street. No paid parking. Handicap parking in front on the street.“

BEST OF ALL, this place had no masks, no social distancing, and no capacity restrictions, along with patriotic decor, featuring American Flag art. Need I say more? They clearly care about their customers and this country. A very good restaurant experience. They will be getting more of my money in the future and I hope you will patronize this business as well.“

“This mid-Michigan gem is old school comfort food at a great price! Think Sunday supper but everyday. Specials different days of the week, fried shrimp, fish, ham....broasted chicken is my hook, bread pudding with lemon sauce. Their fresh bread is delicious...be sure to try the wheat! Everything has gone up everywhere but this is a place where value still matters. Milkshakes made in a metal cup and served the remainder with the shake. Just like old days. Friendly wait staff. Decent price point. Immaculate restrooms. Lovely experience.“

“Was looking for a quick bite in the area that was open late. Several options but the menu, Reviews and beer list caught my attention. Great burgers! The fries were so crispy and good beer. Truly enjoyed it plus the atmosphere and service was awesome. Will go back next time I’m in the area. Felt like going back in time.“

“The staff is super friendly and service was fast even with a full restaurant. We got a bacon double cheesburger, a side of clam chowder soup, and the cheeseburger chips. All of it tasted amazing and fresh. My husband was pretty fond of the clam chowder and their sweet tea, I really liked the housemade chips. And best of all are their super reasonable prices!Kid-friendliness: They have crayons for kids and kid menu items. There were plenty of families dinning in.“
