“My Mom & I were heading out of town and wanted to have a little lunch. Looked on Yelp, read about this place and had to try it. This is definitely a hidden gem. We had awesome & friendly service upon walking in. The server Laura was very helpful in guiding us with the menu. We shared the vegetable stuffed & baked sandwich which was amazing and an awesome burger. The bartender Brady was very friendly as well as giving us the story on the establishment dating back 90 years. He was an Absoulutly awesome bartender. I would recommend this bar & grill when visiting Mount Pleasant. Great location right on Main Street.“
“We stopped in for a late lunch and we were so glad we did. This is a top notch restaurant with wonderful unique and delicious dishes created by talented chefs. There is a formal dining area as well as a bar area with seating. They also have a beautiful room upstairs for private parties. We had the delicious deviled eggs and some amazing risotto balls. Both were so great. The staff was fun and attentive. I can't wait to go back for dinner.“

“2nd New Years dinner there.Excellent service and food was great. This year I tried the steak frites, the flavor was great except it was extremely salty, that I could barely eat the fries. Could knock down the salt by 80%. It was hard to eat. The steak was good in it. I moved them off to the side to eat.“

“Had breakfast with my spouse, and it was simply wonderful. I like my hash browns extra crispy and they delivered, the outside was a perfect golden brown and the inside was moist without the extra oils. There are only a handful of restaurants that can do this. The rest of the food was just as good. The waitstaff was attentive and prompt. Stan's has made it into our weekly breakfast rotation.“
“As I came in I noticed the place was very clean. Everybody was very polite as they had took my order. I had a little weight but it was at dinner time and to be all honest it was worth it. Food was hot, fresh and I would highly recommended for anyone to go and eat there. Not only were they clean and polite, but they were very willing to help their customers in any way. “We have wanted to stop here many times but did not have time until our latest trip up north. The place is super clean, well decorated, and FUN! The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and seemed happy to be there. The donuts and coffee were second to none, and they actually had my favorite, Long John with white cream and milk chocolate frosting. The prices were very reasonable too. There were many tables to sit at and everyone there seemed to know each other and we felt a nice sense of community. We will be back for sure!“
“Never have a bad experience at hunters! My only complaint is the bread knots used to be my favorite things in the whole world. Now they seem to be frozen before they're cooked? Because they're SUPER hard to chew. I miss the soft ones I used to get ?“
“The pixie is a great throw back 50’s style diner and has been a part of Mt. Pleasant’s restaurant scene for over 70 years. Well known for their coney dogs and bitty burgers, the walls in the dining area are plastered with plaques attesting to their popularity- east 6 conies or 8. Itty burgers in an hour and get your plaque on the wall. Their fries and onion rings are some of the best you will find. The stag was extremely friendly and helpful, however it’s clear the Pixie suffers from the same problem most restaurants have today - lack of sufficient staff. Our wait was about double what we have experienced in the past years and there were only a handful of diners this night. All in all I still highly recommend the Pixie for conies and burgers, diner style.“
“Stopped in on 3/7/24 for a late dinner around 8pm. The place was moderately busy but we were placed at a table immediately and put our orders in. Food came out in a reasonable time but we had to wait for fresh biscuits, which is fine with me. Everything was hot, fresh, and good. All the shrimp, sides, and fish were made right.The Flounder is always one of my favorites and the cook knew their assignment because it came out perfect. Been to this location only a few times but the quality of food & consistency of service is always good compared to other locations I've visited, such as Grand Rapids. I believe this location keeps the right staff that makes going out to eat enjoyable instead of disappointing.“
“We typically order carside Togo through their app and have always been happy! The app is easy to use and and once you arrive to the restaurant the staff are amazing! They are so friendly and kind!Parking: There are plenty of carside Togo spots as well as other spots if you are dining in! We have never had an issue finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that my children love for a great price!“
“If you liked Bennigan's from before their former corporate had financial troubles, you will like this one. It's Bennigan's of old. I even had to choose between two of my old favorites. The one I got was spot in. Next time, I'm getting the other| one.Since they didn't list it under "which dishes do you recommend", I recommend the Turkey O'Toole.Parking: Parking surrounding the restaurant with many spots on the front.“
“My husband and I stopped by The Quarry Grill for lunch for the first time mid-week while traveling through the Mt Pleasant area. We could not have had a better experience. We sat outside on the large patio that overlooked the course. My husband had an amazing Southwest Chicken Salad and I had Chef Ben's (Spicy!) Chicken Sandwich (at the recommendation of Erin against other tough choices). The menu punched above it's weight for a lunch menu and Erin made the afternoon a perfect unexpected pleasure. My husband and I can't say enough positive things about The Quarry Grill and wonderful grounds. Erin also recommended nice things in the area and ways to enjoy the holiday with local events. Looking forward to our next visit!“

“Cabin Sticks!! They are so good and i alos love the pizza from the cabin. I don't think I've never had a bad drink nor a bad time at the cabin. Karaoke is always a blast as well. If you're in Mt Pleasant and on the Central Michigan campus this is a must stop for a late night dinner! Love it here!“
“We dined here for my daughter's winter CMU graduation dinner.I was able to easily get a reservation for the date needed. I was quite surprised that they weren't booked solid due to the graduation.Our reservation was gor 5:30pm but we were there at 5pm when thenbistro opened. The staff was able to seat us early.The food was very good and our waiter was awesome. He was able to deal with our eclectic group and our sense of humor.If you're looking for good food, we highly recommend the Siinikaung Bistro.Vegetarian options: Wedge Salad, Taglietelle Pasta“
