First time I took my son and 8 other people for his graduation, they were super accommodating, food came out fast despite being very busy, and it was all sooooooo good ! Forgot to get the gals name but she has manager energy for sure, she is the absolute best. So nice and inviting, dealt with all our questions, remained calm through the busy, and was great with her staff. Came back for 2nd time today, but ordered takeout online. Everything came out fast, and was just as delicious.“

We come to Mount Pleasant Michigan a couple times a year because our child attends college there last year. The few times we came and ordered out our orders were incorrect. The staff was rude. The staff was too busy to take people's orders playing on their phones. Horrible experiences the 2 times we were in last year. Well, yesterday, in the early afternoon, we made an order with a young lady and I would like to give hats off to her. She was so pleasant. I'm so kind. We really want to just stay in there and eat our Pizza. That atmosphere was amazing. I am very proud of the team you guys have this year. We want to send a special shout out to this young lady that served us apologize, if we have the name wrong, but we believe it was a kyla. Your hospitality skills in service are top of the line.Great job!“

“Ordered from here last night. Everything was right except my large pizza. They gave me a simple pepperoni rather than the 3-toppings I had ordered and that was printed on the receipt. BUT! They totally made it right by sending out the right pizza and a special treat too. They even wrote “sorry :(“ on the inside. Which just won my heart. I love Pizza Hut, idc, I’ll order again.
