“As I came in I noticed the place was very clean. Everybody was very polite as they had took my order. I had a little weight but it was at dinner time and to be all honest it was worth it. Food was hot, fresh and I would highly recommended for anyone to go and eat there. Not only were they clean and polite, but they were very willing to help their customers in any way. Culvers you have outdid yourself.Dietary restrictions: I am sure that they will fix your food the way you order it. I know for me when I went into order my food they were all very nice and polite as well as very clean inside. After getting my order it was very fresh and very good. “Food is usually pretty good but when training new people things have been overlooked. I ALWAYS tip. It makes the difference between a good sub sandwich and a great sub sandwich. I don't tip on the app. I hand it to them to divide or not. My orders have always been good but tipping makes sure of it. Plus they appreciate the fact I appreciate them too.Parking: Parking lot is very busy. Shares the driveway with a gas station so that says alot. Place is always clean. Veggies are fresh. “We visited Arby's in Mt. Pleasant, MI yesterday at 2:17 p.m. The lady that took our order was very nice and polite. She asked if we wanted any sauces and we replied yes, the Arby's sauce and the Horsie sauce. Then we get to the window. That girl indicated our bill was $44.09, I asked, "what?" (That price was impossible for our order.) It turned out to be $24.09 (which also seemed high. ) We'd ordered 1 French dip (with coupon price of $7 and some cents), and 2 classic roast beef at $5.99 with coupon, I believe). We get home and find she'd charged us for TWO french dips (but only gave us the au jus for ONE. And absolutely NO Arby's sauce and NO horsie sauce. But she did remember to charge us the $1 for No kids hungry. This is the second time recently that we've not received the sauces. An Arby's without the sauce is not what we wanted, lol. Oh, and the receipt under "employee" says Eric...I doubt either woman (the nice, polite one that took our order OR the one that tried to way over charge us was probably named "Eric".“
“It was just a bit before closing this past week at the place I was going to get food from , which I do Not like to do, but cooking was Not going to happen lol and I was Starving . Subway it was ... The atmosphere was quiet, warm and empty , Perfect ?, as well as Very clean . With All the Yummy , Healthy options , sometimes it's hard for me to decide , especially because I had waited so long getting around to eating and did I mention I was Starving ... The gal who helped me is my Hero and she doesn't even know it ... She was fantastic , it was as if she knew just what I wanted with her suggestions because she was right on the spot as to what would make stomach feel satisfied and do a happy dance lol , if that's at all possible ... The stress I was saved with Not having to battle the other voices in my head trying to decide what the heck I could concoct was much appreciated and needed lol ... The struggle Is real and I Know I do Not stand Alone on that one there hahahahaha ... Excellent service and atmosphere as always ...I highly recommend this location. The food has Always been fresh, full and well presented ... The areas around the food items have been neat and clean, which is a Huge plus for me ...
