The service and food were good it was just how the new store was set up. If you entered the parking lot from one street it was fine you were in the perfect line to go into the drive thru but it you entered it from the other street when you come in the handicapped parking is right there on your left so you have to quickly turn left but it one spot is full in not sure you are making it into the other because it is a right fit. We visited Arby's in Mt. Pleasant, MI yesterday at 2:17 p.m. The lady that took our order was very nice and polite. She asked if we wanted any sauces and we replied yes, the Arby's sauce and the Horsie sauce. Then we get to the window. That girl indicated our bill was $44.09, I asked, "what?" Sometimes the food is put together sloppily so if you're eating a sandwich it might fall apart. But other than that it's another fast food place. The fries are not too salty. The chicken nuggets are real.
