“Absolutely fantastic. Every bite of my Duruchigee was tasty and had a distinct flavor. The fresh kimchee tasted fresh, the fermented kimchee was well pickled. My daughter’s Bibimbap was great and stayed hot. The owner was so kind.
Plus the atmosphere was fun and creative. I’ll be visiting Mt Pleasant regularly now for dinner.”

It was filled with people inside and I couldn't hear my husband even talk when we were seated. The font was so tiny in the menu, so I needed my phone flashlight. Their selection of cocktails is really nice and they have wine too. They were kind enough to move us outside when a table opened up. It was a wonderful evening outside, and much quieter. The sushi took a long time to be delivered, however it tasted fresh . The server was friendly.”

We come to Mount Pleasant Michigan a couple times a year because our child attends college there last year. The few times we came and ordered out our orders were incorrect. The staff was rude. The staff was too busy to take people's orders playing on their phones. Horrible experiences the 2 times we were in last year. Well, yesterday, in the early afternoon, we made an order with a young lady and I would like to give hats off to her. She was so pleasant. I'm so kind. We really want to just stay in there and eat our Pizza. That atmosphere was amazing. I am very proud of the team you guys have this year. We want to send a special shout out to this young lady that served us apologize, if we have the name wrong, but we believe it was a kyla. Your hospitality skills in service are top of the line.Great job!”

“Great experience! Food was fantastic! I got the crab leg special accompanied with baked potato, broccolini, and roasted red peppers. Perfectly cooked.

I struggled trying to shell and eat the crab with proper civility, but my server (name starts with a K) never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. Awesome!

Atmosphere was magnificent, too. There was zero noise from the gaming floor where I was seated (about halfway into the dining room).”

“Crumbl is a favorite in our house. These cookies are delicious. Even the ones that aren’t my favorite are good. They are big with a lot of flavor. My suggestion is buy 6 cut them in quarters and eat a piece from each. They store well and are good for a few days.”

“A recent visit to Mt Pleasant caused me to visit Green Spot Pub. The Missus and her sister were "shopping" and I of course wanted no part of that. Being hungry and seeing the shamrock(s) I thought I'd stop in. I found a barstool and ordered a pint, and the cute bartender talked me into a ruben. It was large and well packed and had a mountain of fries to go with. Found out they corn their own beef and it showed in the taste and quality of the "sammich". Was not a king's ransom cost wise and I do plan on coming back. Next time I'll bring a friend as well. Good food, cold beer and great service. Can't ask for much more.”

Good quality beef cooked perfectly to my requested medium. I devoured it. I got potato wedges with it. They were huge and hotter than the sun. They barely cooled down by the time my burger was finished. Besides burning my tongue, lol, they were very good. Nowhere else can you get a properly prepared authentic flat white or cortado, and served in a ceramic cup no less, by barista's that actually know what they're doing. Breakfast food options are also great and always handmade fresh. Love it.”

My server was very nice and efficient, taking my order promptly. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a polite and friendly woman who went above and beyond to guide us through the menu since we hadn’t tried Korean food before. We started with the Pop Mahn-Doo, fried vegetable and fish dumplings served with kimchi and pickled yellow radish. These bite-sized appetizers were bursting with flavor and spice! Each bite, especially when paired with the garnishes, was an unforgettable explosion of deliciousness. I haven’t stopped thinking about them since my first bite – absolutely 10/10! For our main dishes, we decided to try the Bul-Go-Gi (beef stir-fry with rice) and Dak Bokk-Eum (chicken stir-fry with rice). Though we weren't feeling extremely adventurous this time, we were still blown away by how savory and flavorful both dishes were. We ended up sharing the plates right in the middle of the table because neither of us could decide which one was better. Both dishes had the perfect combination of spices and textures, leaving us wanting more. To finish, we had the mochi ice cream with delicious strawberry ice cream wrapped in a soft, doughy exterior. It was the perfect way to cool down and end an incredible meal. I can’t wait to return to Shins Korean Restaurant. The service, the selection, and the flavors are all top-notch. Even though there were many cars in the parking lot, there was plenty of inside seating. Our waitress was kind and efficient.
I had questions about some of the food. She offered to ask the kitchen and came back promptly with answers. All is prepared fresh.
We checked to make sure we could stay for a while since we hadn't seen each other in a year. It wasn't a problem.
It's a very open area with plenty of seating. We had a wonderful visit.”

“I usually place an online order and pick it up for lunch. When I arrived at TSC today, they were getting absolutely hammered by the influx of college students (today is move-in day on campus). At one point, there must have been 15 tickets queued up on the counter. Despite being slammed by customers, I have to give kudos to the staff. They kept their cool, focused on getting orders out asap, and remained pleasant and friendly. That is difficult to do in food service when things get crazy, but this crew was managing things very well. Great job, ya'll! :-)”

The gal who helped me is my Hero and she doesn't even know it ... She was fantastic , it was as if she knew just what I wanted with her suggestions because she was right on the spot as to what would make stomach feel satisfied and do a happy dance lol , if that's at all possible ... The stress I was saved with Not having to battle the other voices in my head trying to decide what the heck I could concoct was much appreciated and needed lol ... The struggle Is real and I Know I do Not stand Alone on that one there hahahahaha ... Excellent service and atmosphere as always ...I highly recommend this location. The food has Always been fresh, full and well presented ... The areas around the food items have been neat and clean, which is a Huge plus for me ...
