However, the restaurant fell short in providing adequate sauce for the chicken tenders and left some customers with a disappointing thumbprint on their sandwiches. The service could be improved, as employees appeared overworked, and there were only two employees cooking food on a busy Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is described as a poorly organized casino food court, with difficulty accessing drinks and napkins, and a lack of utensils. While some customers found the experience acceptable, others expressed disappointment, citing high prices, slow service, and a subpar dining experience.
