Stanley's Famous Restaurant in Mt. Pleasant, MI, is a great place to grab a casual bite. The diner itself was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. My server was very nice and efficient, taking my order promptly. I opted for the Turkey Club with fries, and the food arrived in just 10 minutes.\n\nThe sandwich was delicious, with tasty turkey and fresh toppings. The fries were perfectly cooked as well. Stans Restaurant....where to start. In old town Mt. Pleasant sits this quaint little restaurant situated in a tenement next to the Broadway theatre and near the end of Broadway St. My wife and I walked into Stan's, and it was like we were transported into a Norman Rockwell scene. The people and staff were very friendly, and we were seated right away to my amazement. I ordered egg breakfast and my wife the biscuits and gravy. Stan's Restaurant serves wonderful breakfasts with perfectly cooked hash browns and attentive waitstaff. The friendly service and good food make it a favorite spot for breakfast. Be sure to try the grilled blueberry muffin. While the interior may be due for an update, the great servers and food make up for it.
