“We celebrated my grandfather's birthday and we all loved it. Very worth the try. It is now called PAZ but it is the same big sign outside, and nice.

Vegetarian options: If you don't do cheese, just ask for it off, they make it all to order, they have dairy free breads too.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to all things milk, and they have options for that. They were very thorough with my questions and their answers. I also happen to be pregnant and they were happy to accommodate.

Parking: Inside an outdoor mall, easy to park.

Kid-friendliness: The place is big enough, spacious enough and even though I didn't have my kids at the time it was clearly capable of having kids and have kid friendly options too.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers to go through with ease. I didn't notice if they were electric though. I don't think they were though, like that button some places (mostly doctors and hospitals) have to open the door...“

“Stopped in with a friend and was impressed with my dining experience. Our waitress, Kristina, was so accommodating and personality plus. I had the scrumptious salad with blueberries, cranberries, bacon, chicken and lots of greens. My friend had the perch dinner which she loved. We completed our meal with a fantastic dessert which was raspberry, donut cheesecake...yummy. we will be back.“

“I work just down the road and frequent Mulligans at least once each week. Today I ordered a crispy chicken salad and was sad to notice when I got back to the office that the toppings were missing! I called and they walked down a new salad for me! Great people, great customer service. Shout out to Paula to, she's the best.“

“Came here from out of town with our family. Had Amber for our waitress. She was super personable, very attentive, and made our visit the wonderful experience it was. We came on a Monday burger night. She recommended the mushroom Swiss burger, which i got. Absolutely delicious! My husband got the Whiskey bacon burger and that was good too albeit a little on the sweeter side.

Side note: as a mom of an infant, I really appreciated the changing pads being available at the diaper changing station in the restroom. You don't find those available too often, so it was very appreciated.“

“Honestly, I expected a place called “Castaways” to have a bit more seafood on the menu, but I still enjoyed the visit. I ordered a fish sandwich, and it was massive and very satisfying.

We sat outside on the patio overlooking the boat docks on the river, which made for a really nice setting. The manager was also very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of since our server was still new.

If we find ourselves back in Bay City, we would definitely consider coming back to Castaways for dinner.“

Both were very friendly & made me feel welcome, both were working hard but smiling the whole time. The burger I ordered was delicious and made the way I wanted.
