Leo's Coney Island Reviews
Waitress never check on me once. I watched her walk past me 3x. I had to call her over. My drink tasted like nothing and she left it on my bill. No biggie since I was able to get it removed at the counter. Watched her not greet customers which I would get past. what I can't is get over was as I am paying my bill we watch the cook grab rice with gloveless hands and put it on someone's plate. This sucks cuz I love coney. This is my 2nd horrible visit. I don't usually give bad reviews...read full review
We were invited by friends we haven’t seen in quite a few years. They are in their 80 plus years. I ordered battered fish and chips. They ordered salads. My fish arrived greasy inside and out with cold fries. I didn’t want to appear rude, so I ate what I could for 10 minutes and then let my plate sit. The waitress asked if I wanted anything else, but we were 10-15 minutes away from leaving and I didn’t want them to wait for me. Sometimes you lose and I lost this one. Thx...read full review

Leo's Coney Island Saginaw is a popular spot that serves a variety of dishes. Their Chicken Lemon Rice Soup is a fan favorite, and their Chicken Greek Salad is out of this world. The restaurant offers great value, with a medium salad providing three meals. The service is also superior, with staff taking extra care of allergies. However, the food quality can be inconsistent, with some meals being overcooked or lacking key ingredients. While they do have a vegan option like falafel, some customers have found the food to be poor quality overall. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant has been called into question, with reports of trash on the floors and a dirty bathroom. Some dishes, like the coneys, have received mixed reviews, with a preference for the Detroit style over the Flint style.
