I love Tim Hortons, they have wonderful employees that welcome you with a smile I give you guys a 5 star review!
Did an online order pick-up. The staff were friendly and efficient and, most importantly, the order was correct.
The young lady working the drive through was not polite and seemed put out by us asking which coffee was 1 sugar versus 2 sugar since they weren't marked on lid. I go to a Tim Hortons at least 4 times a week all over the state of Michigan. With that being said I usually have a good experience that is why it stood out as wrong.
