I never thought that one of the first Google reviews I've ever left would be for a Long John Silver's of all places, but I just really felt the need to leave one. I ordered online to take advantage of a promo code, but had trouble with it and ended up spending full price by accident. I did NOT think anyone would help me, but the staff here proved me wrong. The food was very fresh and delicious. Ordered from the drive thru and they were very quick. Will be coming back
They've had some great deals recently in the app, which has got me in the store. Today when i picked up my food, there was a small staff on hand getting food ready. A man that had just got there was upset he was waited on immediately, and started yelling. A red haired young man came up, not 30 seconds after the man had gotten there, and was as pleasant as you can be with a customer. It was impressive how well he handled an impatient jerk.
